Filter by:patients with HER2-positive breast cancer (cT2-3/N0-1/M0) were treated with PldCHP (pegylated liposomal doxorubicin 35mg/m2, cyclophosphamide 600mg/m2, trastuzumab 8 mg/kg loading, then 6 mg/kg, pertuzumab 840 mg loading, then 420 mg, iv, q3w) for 4 cycles followed by Nab-PHP (Nab-Paclitaxel 260mg/m2, trastuzumab 6 mg/kg, pertuzumab 420 mg, iv, q3w) for 4 cycles
This study is a prospective, multi-center, open-label cohort study, with 3 years disease free survival(DFS) as the primary endpoint. We optimize post-operation adjuvant therapy for early stage breast cancer based on the MRD strategy: patients with clinical high risk or post-operation 1st MRD tested positive will receive intensive adjuvant therapy, while patients with low clinical risk and post-operation 1st MRD tested negative will receive standard adjuvant therapy, and the treatment regimens will be adjusted every 3 months according to the change of MRD status. About 100 TNBC patients, 100 HER2+ patients, and 100 ER+ patients are planned to be enrolled.
A multi-center non-interventional observational study led by the Cancer Hospital Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences to compare the effectiveness of palbociclib based-therapy as initial endocrine therapy versus palbociclib based-therapy after chemotherapy for HR+/HER2- advanced breast cancer.
This study is a single-arm, open, exploratory clinical study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of EGFR/B7H3 CAR-T in patients with EGFR/ B7H3-positive advanced solid tumors (lung cancer and triple-negative breast cancer)
This is a prospective, multi-center, randomized study designed to evaluate the clinical efficacy of cryotherapy combined with compression therapy in preventing albumin-paclitaxel induced peripheral neuropathy.
This clinical trial compares two supplemental topical agents (Aquaphor and Miaderm) for the treatment of acute radiation dermatitis in patients with breast cancer undergoing radiation therapy. Radiation dermatitis is a radiation-induced skin reaction which can cause itching, swelling, pain, and general discomfort. Aquaphor is a commonly available, inexpensive, petrolatum-based multi-purpose ointment designed to protect and sooth extremely dry skin, chapped lips, cracked hands and feet, minor cuts and burns, and many other skin irritations. Miaderm is a water-based cream and contains ingredients like calendula, hyaluronate, and aloe vera which may help reduce occurrence and severity of radiation dermatitis. Both are commonly recommended and used by breast cancer patients undergoing external beam radiation therapy (EBRT). However, it is not known whether one is better than the other in treating or preventing radiation dermatitis.
The primary objetive is to assess the capacity of the RAD51-foci score to predict the efficacy of olaparib in BRCA1/2, PALB2 or RAD51C/D mut advanced breast cancer (cohort 1). The investigators propose the hypothesis that the RAD51-foci low tumours determined by immunofluorescence using RAD51 assay in patients with BRCA1/2, PALB2 & RAD51C/D mutation (cohort 1) predicts response to olaparib. Furthermore, The investigators posit that the determination of RAD51-foci score in tumour identifies patients who can benefit from olaparib beyond mutations in these 5 genes. This hypothesis will be tested in cohort 2.
In phase Ia study, the safety and tolerability of BL-M02D1 in patients with locally advanced or metastatic triple negative breast cancer or other solid tumors will be investigated to determine the dose-limiting toxicity (DLT), maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of BL-M02D1. In phase Ib study, the safety and tolerability of BL-M02D1 at the phase Ia recommended dose will be further investigated, and recommended phase II dose (RP2D) for phase II clinical studies will be determined. In addition, the preliminary efficacy, pharmacokinetic characteristics, and immunogenicity of BL-M02D1 in patients with locally advanced or metastatic triple negative breast cancer or other solid tumors will be evaluated.
The aim of this study is to compare the diagnostic performance of 68Ga-FAPI-46 PET/CT and 18F-FDG PET/CT in primary and metastatic lesions of breast cancer and to reveal the best diagnostic imaging time of 68Ga-FAPI-46 PET/CT.
This study aims to investigate the possible role of rosuvastatin in protection against cardiotoxicity in HER2 positive breast cancer patients receiving doxorubicin sequential with trastuzumab.
