This phase II trial examines letrozole in patients with newly diagnosed hormone receptor-positive HER2-negative invasive breast cancer that can be removed by surgery (operable). Letrozole is in a class of medications called nonsteroidal aromatase inhibitors. It works by decreasing the amount of estrogen produced by the body. This can slow or stop the growth of some types of breast cancer cells that need estrogen to grow.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of camrelizumab in combination with apatinib and chemotherapy as neoadjuvant therapy in participants with triple negative breast cancer (TNBC).
The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and tolerability and preliminary antitumor activity of SKB264 with/without KL-A167 in patients with unresectable locally advanced, recurrent or metastatic TNBC and HR+/HER2- BC .The study is divided into three parts.Part 1(TNBC): exploratory phase of the efficacy and safety of the combination treatment. Part 2(TNBC): The subjects will be randomized to treatment group for SKB264 + KL-A167 or SKB264 . Part 3(HR+/HER2- BC): The subjects will be randomized to treatment group for SKB264 + KL-A167 or SKB264 .
The goal of this project is to adapt the super-resolution ultrasound imaging technology motion-model Ultrasound Localization Microscopy (mULM) to clinical application. In this exploratory patient study a scan protocol will be established to subsequently investigate whether mULM allows the assessment of the tumor response to neoadjuvant chemotherapy in participants with a primary breast cancer diagnosis as well as for the differentiation of benign and malignant breast tumors in participants with lesions of unknown dignity.
