NCT ID: NCT03345784 Terminated - Cervical Carcinoma Clinical Trials

Testing AZD1775 inC Combination With Radiotherapy and Chemotherapy in Cervical, Upper Vaginal and Uterine Cancers

Start date: May 29, 2018
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of adavosertib when given together with external beam radiation therapy and cisplatin in treating patients with cervical, vaginal, or uterine cancer. Adavosertib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. External beam radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as cisplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving adavosertib, external beam radiation therapy, and cisplatin may work better in treating patients with cervical, vaginal, or uterine cancer.

NCT ID: NCT03309709 Recruiting - Endometrial Polyp Clinical Trials

Endometrial Polyps Regression With Progesterone Therapy

Start date: October 8, 2017
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This prospective randomized study will compare the regression rates of women managed with watch-and-wait approach and of those treated with 3 cycles of luteal 25mg subcutaneous progesterone from 18 to 25 days of menstrual cycle

NCT ID: NCT03301493 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Hematologic Neoplasms

Genomic Testing and Resulting Medical Decisions

Start date: March 30, 2017
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

There is no evidence available about which molecular profiling methods are currently used for cancer patients in Austrian clinical practice. The construction of the registry proposed as a completely independent research endeavor, will be helpful for scientific evaluation and the establishment of highly credible data.

NCT ID: NCT03285802 Completed - Uterine Cancer Clinical Trials
