NCT ID: NCT05229900 Terminated - Clinical trials for Carcinoma, Non-Small-Cell Lung

A Study of SGN-ALPV in Advanced Solid Tumors

Start date: April 21, 2022
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This study will test the safety of a drug called SGN-ALPV in participants with solid tumors. It will also study the side effects of this drug. A side effect is anything a drug does to your body besides treating your disease. Participants will have solid tumor cancer that has spread through the body (metastatic) or cannot be removed with surgery (unresectable). This study will have three parts. Parts A and B of the study will find out how much SGN-ALPV should be given to participants. Part C will use the dose and schedule found in Parts A and B to find out how safe SGN-ALPV is and if it works to treat solid tumor cancers.

NCT ID: NCT02900248 Terminated - Multiple Myeloma Clinical Trials

CureOne Registry: Advanced Malignancy or Myelodysplasia, Tested by Standard Sequencing and Treated by Physician Choice

N1
Start date: October 2, 2017
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

Registry participants with advanced malignancy or myelodysplasia will have a sample of their tumor or tissue analysed for genetic alterations using next generation sequencing (NGS) performed in a lab that has been certified to meet a high quality standard. Treatments and outcomes will be reported to the registry to allow further understanding of how genetic differences can lead to better diagnosis and treatments.

NCT ID: NCT02689219 Terminated - Testicular Cancer Clinical Trials

Brentuximab Vedotin in Relapsed/Refractory Germ Cell Tumors

Start date: March 9, 2016
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a Phase II study to evaluate the activity of brentuximab vedotin in relapsed/refractory non-seminomatous germ cell tumors (NSGCT).

NCT ID: NCT02577172 Terminated - Clinical trials for Testicular Neoplasms

Testicular Cancer and Aerobic and Strength Training

TAST
Start date: November 2015
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The present study examine the effects of an aerobic and strength training program on cardiorespiratory fitness in testicular cancer (TC) patients during chemotherapy. Half of the participants will receive the exercise program and the other half will receive one individual lifestyle counseling session. The investigators hypothesize that TC patients in the exercise group will have less reduction in cardiorespiratory fitness during chemotherapy treatment compared to patients in the control group.

NCT ID: NCT02499952 Terminated - Ovarian Neoplasms Clinical Trials

Pembrolizumab in Subjects With Incurable Platinum-Refractory Germ Cell Tumors

Start date: January 2016
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is an open label, multi-institutional, single arm phase II trial of pembrolizumab in patients with incurable platinum refractory germ cell tumors. No randomization or blinding is involved.

NCT ID: NCT02478502 Terminated - Testicular Cancer Clinical Trials

Testis CAB: Cabazitaxel as Salvage Treatment for Cisplatin-resistant Germ Cell Cancer

Start date: June 2015
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

Germ cell tumors belong to the most chemosensitive malignancies. Paclitaxel in combination with ifosfamide and cisplatin (TIP) has become a common regimen for salvage treatment of germ cell cancer. Cabazitaxel may overcome resistance to docetaxel and paclitaxel and might have clinical activity in patients with metastatic and progressive germ cell tumors.

NCT ID: NCT01808534 Terminated - Clinical trials for Recurrent Ovarian Germ Cell Tumor

Palifosfamide in Treating Patients With Recurrent Germ Cell Tumors

Start date: February 2013
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This phase II trial studies how well palifosfamide works in treating patients with recurrent germ cell tumors. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as palifosfamide, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing

NCT ID: NCT01159067 Terminated - Clinical trials for Chronic Myelomonocytic Leukemia

Deferasirox for Treating Patients Who Have Undergone Allogeneic Stem Cell Transplant and Have Iron Overload

Start date: July 2010
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

RATIONALE: Low dose deferasirox may be safe and effective in treating patients who have undergone hematopoietic stem cell transplant and have iron overload. PURPOSE: This pilot clinical trial studies safety and tolerability of deferasirox in hematopoietic stem cell transplant recipients who have iron overload. Effect of low dose deferasirox on labile plasma iron is also examined.

NCT ID: NCT01077440 Terminated - Lymphoma Clinical Trials

Presence of Donor-Derived DNA in Semen Samples From Cancer Survivors Who Underwent Donor Stem Cell Transplant

Start date: February 2010
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Observational

RATIONALE: Studying samples of semen from cancer survivors in the laboratory may help doctors learn more about changes that occur in DNA and identify biomarkers related to cancer. PURPOSE: This phase I research study is looking at the presence of donor-derived DNA in semen samples form cancer survivors who underwent donor stem cell transplant.

NCT ID: NCT00946283 Terminated - Breast Cancer Clinical Trials

Lactobacillus in Preventing Infection in Patients Undergoing a Donor Stem Cell Transplant for Hematologic Cancer or Myelodysplastic Syndrome

Start date: March 2010
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

RATIONALE: Probiotics, such as Lactobacillus, may be effective in preventing infections in patients with suppressed immune systems. PURPOSE: This phase I trial is studying the side effects and how well giving enteral nutrition, including Lactobacillus, works in preventing infections in patients undergoing donor stem cell transplant for hematologic cancer or myelodysplastic syndrome.
