Volleyball players have a high injury risk as a consequence of the specific sport characteristics, as repetitive jumps and falls. The aim of the present study was to evaluate the effects of a multidisciplinary injury prevention program on lower limb stability in young volleyball players. It was spected to improve the stability of the lowe limb and, as a consecuence, to reduce the injury risk of the most common injuries in volleyball.

Eligibility |
Inclusion Criteria: - to train volleyball twice or three times a week, at least an hour and half each session - to take part in federated competitions regularly - to have been competing in volleyball at least two seasons Exclusion Criteria: - to leave the training or the competition during the study - to suffer an injury at the beginning of the intervention program or during the process - to miss more than 25% of the training during the intervention program |
