NCT ID: NCT03561649 Completed - Clinical trials for Spondylitis, Ankylosing

Prediction of Treatment Response at 6 Months by Combinatorial Analysis of Serum Biomarkers in Biotherapy Naive SpA

PRESHUM
Start date: June 14, 2018
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The main objective of this trial is to search for biomarkers associated with the success of adalimumab treatment in order to generate an algorithm to predict the response to this treatment at 6 months in spondyloarthritis and to define its metrological properties on this cohort. The algorithm will allow to better target patients who will have an important benefit/risk ratio for adalimumab treatment.

NCT ID: NCT03505892 Completed - Clinical trials for Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS)

A Study to Investigate the Clinical REsponses in Ankylosing Spondylitis Patients on Adalimumab Therapy in Taiwan (EAST)

EAST
Start date: June 5, 2018
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The objectives of this prospective observational study is to explore 1-year clinical response via both Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Disease Activity Index (BASDAI) and Ankylosing Spondylitis Disease Activity Score (ASDAS) after initiation of adalimumab therapy in AS patients from routine clinical practices in Taiwan.

NCT ID: NCT03502616 Completed - Clinical trials for Ankylosing Spondylitis

Efficacy and Safety of Tofacitinib in Subjects With Active Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS)

Start date: June 7, 2018
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to determine if tofacitinib is safe and effective in subjects with active ankylosing spondylitis.

NCT ID: NCT03411798 Completed - Clinical trials for Ankylosing Spondylitis

Sequential Application of Yisaipu® and DMARDs in Treating Mild-to-Moderate AS

Start date: December 15, 2017
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

The drug regimes in treating ankylosing spondylitis(AS) have limitations. The tumor necrosis factor inhibitors(TNFi) was effective but expensive. Disease modifying anti-rheumatic drugs (DMARDs) were cheap but insufficient. This study proposed a sequential usage of TNFi, the Yisaipu®, and DMARDs, and aims to evaluate the mid-term therapeutic effect of this new scheme in treating the mild-to-moderate AS.

NCT ID: NCT03357471 Completed - Clinical trials for Active Psoriatic Arthritis

Study to Test the Safe and Effective Use of an e-Device for the Self-injection of Certolizumab Pegol Solution by Subjects With Moderate to Severe Active Rheumatoid Arthritis, Active Ankylosing Spondylitis, Active Psoriatic Arthritis, or Moderately to Severely Active Crohn's Disease

Start date: November 3, 2017
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of the study is to evaluate the ability of subjects who are already prescribed Certolizumab Pergol therapy and have been self injecting with prefilled syringes for at least the previous three months, to safely and effectively self-inject Certolizumab Pegol (CZP) using the e-Device and to evaluate the post-use structural integrity of used devices and cassettes via visual examination.

NCT ID: NCT03355573 Completed - Clinical trials for Ankylosing Spondylitis

A Study to Evaluate the Long Term Safety and Efficacy of Bimekizumab in Subjects With Ankylosing Spondylitis

BE AGILE 2
Start date: November 28, 2017
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a study to assess the long term safety and tolerability of bimekizumab in subjects with ankylosing spondylitis

NCT ID: NCT03350815 Completed - Clinical trials for Ankylosing Spondylitis

Study Estimating the Clinical Difference Between 300 mg and 150 mg of Secukinumab Following Dose Escalation to 300 mg in Patients With Ankylosing Spondylitis

ASLeap
Start date: March 13, 2018
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

This was a study estimating the clinical difference between 300 mg and 150 mg of secukinumab following dose escalation to 300 mg in patients with ankylosing spondylitis

NCT ID: NCT03339089 Completed - Psoriasis Clinical Trials

Real-world Effectiveness of Adalimumab on Health Outcomes in Chinese Patients With Immune-Mediated Inflammatory Diseases

ADMIT
Start date: May 18, 2018
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The objective of this study is to evaluate the effect of adalimumab on health outcomes in participants with rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis and plaque psoriasis.

NCT ID: NCT03322618 Completed - Clinical trials for Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS)

Evaluation of the Expression and Functions of the KIR3DL2 Receptor and the Anti-inflammatory Activity of IPH4102 in Blood Samples

KIR3DL2
Start date: December 18, 2017
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

the main objectives are 1. to study the pathophysiological role of KIR3DL2 in axSpA and its relationship with Th17 immunity in HLA-B27 + and HLA-B27- patients and 2. to assess the effect on the pro-inflammatory immune response of a cytotoxic monoclonal antibody IPH4102 (anti-KIR3DL2) in these patients. The study will be carried out on blood samples from 24 patients with axSpA, 12 HLA-B27 + and 12 HLA-B27-, without any drug injection nor direct therapeutic benefit for the participating patients and 12 healthy controls.
