The purpose of this study is to investigate the efficacy and safety of subcutaneous (s.c) secukinumab in comparison with placebo for participants with two subtypes of active pSpA i.e. undifferentiated pSpA and chronic reactive arthritis, and with an inadequate response to conventional therapy despite current or previous Non-steroidal Anti Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs) and/or csDMARDs. Additionally, the study aims to evaluate efficacy and safety of continuing versus withdrawing secukinumab therapy in maintaining remission in the study population.

Sacroiliac Joint Fusion Comparison Study

Patients diagnosed with chronic SIJ pain that can be treated by sacroiliac joint fusion or radiofrequency ablation. The radio frequency ablation is performed using either conventional or "cooled" techniques aimed at the S1-S3 lateral branches and the L5 dorsal ramus. Minimally invasive sacroiliac joint consists of implanting 2 to 3 metallic implants inside the SIJ to increase the stability and eventually fuse the SIJ. This randomized controlled trial aims at comparing treatment success at 6-month follow-up time-point after minimally invasive sacroiliac joint fusion and radiofrequency ablation for chronic SIJ dysfunction.

Subjects will be randomized in a 1:1 ratio to brodalumab or placebo for the first part of the study. Subjects will then receive open label brodalumab for the remainder of the study. The entire study will be 312 weeks in duration for each subject.

Effectiveness and Safety of Early Treatment With Infliximab for Hip Arthritis Associated With Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS) (P06451)

This trial is designed to measure improvement of hip involvement in patients with ankylosing spondylitis (AS) after receiving 4 doses of infliximab. Participants will receive infliximab 5 mg/kg (as an intravenous perfusion over a period of 2 hours) at Weeks 0, 2, 6, and 14, consistent with the approved dosing regimen described in the label. Participants will be evaluated for hip pain, functional capacity and stiffness before and after 14 weeks (4 doses) of treatment. Further treatment after 4 doses is based on standard clinical practice as determined by the trial site.
