NCT ID: NCT01921595 Terminated - Coagulation Clinical Trials

Impact of Balanced Slat Colloid HES 130/0.42 on Coagulation Profiles in Patients Undergoing Spinal Cord Tumor Surgery

Start date: August 2013
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of study is to compare the effect of coagulation profile in patients receiving intraoperative balanced salt colloid undergoing spinal cord tumor surgery.

NCT ID: NCT01407341 Terminated - Clinical trials for Spinal Cord Compression

Beta-Tricalcium Phosphate Bone Graft in Treating Patients Undergoing Surgery For Metastatic Spine Cancer

Start date: June 2011
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This pilot clinical trial studies beta-tricalcium phosphate bone graft in treating patients undergoing surgery for metastatic spine cancer. A bone graft may help healing and bone growth in patients undergoing surgery for spine cancer

NCT ID: NCT01308489 Terminated - Clinical trials for Spinal Bone Metastases

Minimally Invasive Surgery in Treating Patients With Spinal Tumors

Start date: May 2012
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This randomized clinical trial studies minimally invasive surgery in treating patients with spinal tumors. Posterior spinal tumor resection and anterior and posterior spinal tumor resection are less invasive types of surgery for spinal tumors and may have fewer side effects and improve recovery

NCT ID: NCT01088763 Terminated - Clinical trials for Unspecified Childhood Solid Tumor, Protocol Specific

Gamma-Secretase Inhibitor RO4929097 in Treating Young Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Solid Tumors, CNS Tumors, Lymphoma, or T-Cell Leukemia

Start date: March 2010
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This phase I/II clinical trial is studying the side effects and best dose of gamma-secretase inhibitor RO4929097 and to see how well it works in treating young patients with relapsed or refractory solid tumors, CNS tumors, lymphoma, or T-cell leukemia. Gamma-secretase inhibitor RO4929097 may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.

NCT ID: NCT00974623 Terminated - Clinical trials for Degenerative Disc Disease

Bone Graft Materials Observational Registry

APPROACH-001
Start date: September 2009
Phase: N/A
Study type: Observational

A multi-center, prospective, observational patient registry to collect information on the clinical outcomes and "real world" use of approved and commercially available bone graft substitutes, autograft and allograft.
