NCT ID: NCT04005716 Completed - Clinical trials for Small Cell Lung Cancer

Study of Platinum Plus Etoposide With or Without BGB-A317 in Participants With Untreated Extensive-Stage Small Cell Lung Cancer

Start date: July 22, 2019
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multicenter, Phase 3 study to compare the efficacy of tislelizumab + cisplatin or carboplatin + etoposide (Arm A) and placebo + cisplatin or carboplatin + etoposide (Arm B) as first-line treatment in approximately 455 participants who have previously untreated extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC)

NCT ID: NCT03913455 Completed - Clinical trials for Small Cell Lung Cancer

Guadecitabine in Combination With Carboplatin in Extensive Stage Small Cell Lung Cancer

Start date: June 6, 2019
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a phase II, open-label, single arm, single-stage study. Both, chemo-sensitive and chemo-resistant patients will be enrolled and treated with 4 cycles of combination of Guadecitabine and carboplatin

NCT ID: NCT03911219 Completed - Clinical trials for Stage IV Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Impact of eHealth Monitoring on Overall Survival in Patients With Metastatic NSCLC / Extensive-stage SCLC / Advanced TNBC Under First-line Treatment With Atezolizumab Plus Chemotherapy

CHAPLIN
Start date: July 10, 2019
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The current study is aimed to test the benefit of a web-based application tool in NSCLC, SCLC and TNBC patients during the recently approved first-line treatment strategy with atezolizumab in combination with chemotherapy.

NCT ID: NCT03898791 Completed - Clinical trials for Small Cell Lung Cancer

A Study of LY3295668 Erbumine in Participants With Extensive-stage Small-Cell Lung Cancer

Start date: July 16, 2019
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to determine the recommended phase 2 dose of LY3295668 erbumine in participants with platinum-sensitive, extensive-stage small-cell lung cancer.

NCT ID: NCT03849469 Completed - Clinical trials for Hepatocellular Carcinoma

A Study of XmAb®22841 Monotherapy & in Combination w/ Pembrolizumab in Subjects w/ Selected Advanced Solid Tumors

DUET-4
Start date: May 29, 2019
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is a Phase 1, multiple dose, ascending-dose escalation study and expansion study designed to define a maximum tolerated dose and/or recommended dose of XmAb22841 monotherapy and in combination with pembrolizumab; to assess safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, immunogenicity, and anti-tumor activity of XmAb22841 monotherapy and in combination with pembrolizumab in subjects with select advanced solid tumors.

NCT ID: NCT03841110 Completed - Colorectal Cancer Clinical Trials

FT500 as Monotherapy and in Combination With Immune Checkpoint Inhibitors in Subjects With Advanced Solid Tumors

Start date: February 15, 2019
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

FT500 is an off-the-shelf, iPSC-derived NK cell product that can bridge innate and adaptive immunity, and has the potential to overcome multiple mechanisms of immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI) resistance. The preclinical data provide compelling evidence supporting the clinical investigation of FT500 as monotherapy and in combination with ICI in participants with advanced solid tumors.

NCT ID: NCT03823118 Completed - Clinical trials for Small Cell Lung Cancer Recurrent

S1 Plus Anlotinib in Treating Patients With Refractory or Relapsed Small-cell Lung Cancer

Start date: March 1, 2019
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy and safety of S1 combination with Anlotinib in patients with small cell lung cancer whose cancer has progression or recurrence after at least one standard chemotherapy.

NCT ID: NCT03811652 Completed - Clinical trials for Metastatic Castration-resistant Prostate Cancer (mCRPC)

A Multiple Ascending Dose Study of MEDI7247 in Advanced or Metastatic Solid Tumors

Start date: December 20, 2018
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

To assess safety and tolerability, describe the dose-limiting toxicities, assess the preliminary antitumor activity, determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) or the highest protocol-defined dose (maximum administered dose) in the absence of establishing the MTD, and a recommended dose for further evaluation of MEDI7247 in patients with selected advanced or metastatic solid tumor malignancies that have received at least 1 prior line of treatment.

NCT ID: NCT03769935 Completed - Clinical trials for Progression Free Survival

Maintenance Therapy for Small-cell Lung Cancer

Start date: January 1, 2017
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This study involves patients treated with cisplatin and etoposide (induction therapy), followed by treatment with a drug called S1 (maintenance therapy). The main purpose of this study is to determine if this type of treatment will delay the growth of the tumor and if so, for how long. The primary endpoint is progression free survival and second endpoints are toxicities, overall survival.

NCT ID: NCT03741829 Completed - Clinical trials for Small Cell Lung Cancer

TS Overexpression in SCLC: Mechanism and Therapeutic Targeting

Start date: June 14, 2017
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The purpose of this research study is to determine the amount of a protein named thymidine synthase that is being made by cancer and to develop laboratory models called PDX (patient derived xenografts) to learn more about SCLC (small cell lung cancer) and to begin testing new treatments.
