Mobile-based technology is advancing at an unprecedented rate, and in the past decade, smartphone use has become common among today's university students, who have mental health. A lot of attention has been paid in the media to the existence of "smartphone addiction" or problematic smartphone use(Sohn et al., 2019).Overuse of smartphones can cause health problems(Adams & Kisler, 2013; Demirci et al., 2015). As an interdisciplinary subject, this study aimed at university students' smartphone addiction behavior research, understand the information era of college students' way of behavior patterns, exercise and psychological intervention strategy is put forward, to evaluate exercise and MBI intervention, and reduction of university students' smartphone addiction.

NAlmefene Versus Placebo in Addition to Treatment as Usual on Craving in Behavioural Addictions
Behavioural addictions (BAs) [gambling disorder (GD), food addiction (FA), sexual addiction (SA)] may lead to disastrous consequences. They are often associated with other addictive or psychiatric disorders, and high rates of suicide attempts. Epidemiological studies report prevalence reaching 2.7% for GD, 5% for SA, and up to 7.9% for FA. Many similarities have been highlighted between BAs, as well as with substance use disorders. One core clinical similarity between those disorders is craving (uncontrollable urge to engage in rewarding behaviours), which has been consistently associated with diminished control over the behaviour and relapse. At present, no pharmacological treatment has been approved for BAs, but several medications have been tested. Among them, two opioid receptor antagonists - naltrexone and nalmefene - appear the most promising. By decreasing dopamine neurotransmission in the reward circuitry, they reduce both excitement for rewarding behaviours and craving. Compared to naltrexone, nalmefene seems to have a better safety. To date, no study investigated the efficacy of nalmefene as a pan-addiction treatment for BAs. Two clinical trials have demonstrated its efficacy for the treatment of GD, but no clinical trial was conducted for FA and SA. The investigators hypothesise that nalmefene (36 mg/d), compared to a placebo, can have a therapeutic effect as an add-on to usual treatment for decreasing craving in several BAs.

Pharmacokinetic Population Modeling of Methadone in Patients Managed for Opioid Opioid Addiction
The management of patients with opioid addiction is a challenge insofar as many distractors or variability factors can interfere with the control of the addiction, whether they are psychological, psychiatric, environmental, pharmacokinetic or pharmacodynamic. Understanding this variability is potentially to be able to adjust a priori a dosage and to identify the factors of clinical response. Few population pharmacokinetic models exist for methadone and they generally concern the management of pain in palliative care patients or the management of opioid withdrawal syndrome in neonates. The hypothesis is therefore that the creation of such a model would make it possible to reduce patients' withdrawal periods, to set a target for plasma concentrations with a view to reducing dosages, and to empower the patient in his choice to monitor blood concentrations facilitated by a minimally invasive sampling device.

Adapting Intake Procedures to Improve Treatment Delivery in Addiction Treatment
This K23 study is an effectiveness-implementation hybrid type I design to determine the effectiveness of Motivational Interviewing at Intake (MII), relative to intake-as-usual on client engagement and mechanisms of engagement among adults seeking outpatient addiction treatment. We also will obtain personnel feedback on the feasibility of implementing MII into standard practice by having personnel from the addiction treatment study sites complete implementation climate measures before Motivational Interviewing (MI) training and post-clinical trial, as well as an individual interview on implementation feasibility post-trial.

Prevalence of Sexual Addiction in an Inmate Population at the Muret Detention Center in Haute-Garonne.
Sexual addiction, also known as hypersexuality or compulsive sexuality, is a human sexual behavior that results in a continuous and persistent search for sexual pleasure. Replacing the former terms satyriasis and nymphomania, the World Health Organization (WHO) ICD-11 has referred to this disorder as "compulsive sexual behavior disorders". From multiple causes (iatrogeny, neurological causes, psychiatric causes, psychopathological hypotheses), but still only partially known, the inclusion of this disorder among impulsivity-related disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders or addiction-related disorders is still debated in the scientific literature. Thus, in the absence of sufficient robust scientific data, DSM-5 refused to include this disorder in its classification. However, the consequences of this disorder on the psychosocial functioning of individuals are not negligible, which can go as far as the precipitation of a transition to an heteroaggressive act which can thus lead to incarceration. The prevalence of this disorder in the general population is estimated between 2 and 6% based on current literature data. This rate appears to be higher among men and more specifically among sex offenders. However, some authors have noted that the difficulty in determining a clear prevalence of sexual addiction may be related to the still poorly defined diagnostic criteria for this disorder as well as the choice of measurement tools. In the inmate population, to our knowledge, there are no French prevalence studies of this disorder. In addition, no studies have been conducted to compare the prevalence of sexual addiction among sex offenders (SASO) with that among non-sex offenders (SANSO). We hope that better screening for addiction would enable better management of patients with this disorder, promoting their psychosocial rehabilitation and well-being, so as to prevent the recurrence of a transition to sexual arousal.

Comparison of the Effect of Board Game and Tobacco Cessation Education on Nicotine Addiction in Adolescent Smokers: a Randomized Controlled Trial.
Adolescents are at risk for tobacco use due to factors such as impulsivity, poor perception, desire to prove themselves, and insufficient neurological development. The Center of Disease (CDC) warns that if smoking continues at the current rate among young people, young people younger than 18 will die prematurely from a smoking-related disease The aim of this study was to comparison the effect of a board game and tobacco cessation education on reducing nicotine addiction in adolescents. A single-blind randomized controlled trial was used to evaluation the effect s of the different interventions on tobacco cessation. The 12 week interventions included: 1) Board Game (BG) and 2) Tobacco Cessation Education (TCE) developed based on Transtheoretical Model and 3) combined use of these two interventions (Cİ). All interventions were compared to Control Group(CG). "Fagerström Test for Nicotine Dependence (FNTD)" were used to collect data at baseline, at 8.week and at 12.week the intervention. "Assessment Of Stage Of Change Form (ASCF)" were used to collect data at baseline and at the end of each intervention (every two weeks one). Participants were consisted of students studying at a high school in Eskisehir in Turkey. In order to form the intervention groups, permission was obtained from the school principal and teacher of each class, and the students were informed about the purpose of the study and the participation criteria. It was done in information classes. Recruitment began in October 2018 and end in January 2019. Students who wanted to participate in the study were asked to send a short message to the investigator's private phone number. An automated response with a hyperlink was sent to a web page where information about the study was presented and students were asked to give informed consent at the push of a button. Students who agreed to participate were enrolled in a web-based questionnaire for egilibility screening.

Study of Tramadol Addiction Impact on Dental Anesthesia Success Among Algerian Males
Dental anesthesia is considered by far one of the main procedures in dentistry; the performance of a good dental anesthesia with a correct technique is paramount in controlling pain, facilitating the work of the dentist and gaining the confidence and cooperation of the patient Tramadol is an FDA-approved medication for pain relief indicated mainly for moderate to severe pain, it is an opioid with 6 hours Half-Life and different dosages as 50mg, 100mg, 200mg and 300mg. Due to possible abuse and addiction potential, limitations to its use should be for pain that is refractive to other pain medication, such as non-opioid pain medication, unfortunately, the almost non-existent of censorship in Algeria and the disorderly framing made the obtain of tramadol as a medicine very easy which has led to a very alarming abuse of this drug
