Belantamab Mafodotin In Plasmablastic Lymphoma & ALK+ Large B-Cell Lymphoma

A Multicenter Phase 2 Study of Belantamab Mafodotin in Relapsed or Refractory Plasmablastic Lymphoma and ALK+ Large B-cell Lymphoma

In this research study is looking to see how safe and effective belantamab mafodotin is in relapsed or refractory plasmablastic lymphoma or ALK+ large B-cell lymphoma. - This research study involves the study drug belantamab mafodotin. - Belantamab mafodotin is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC), which is the combination of an antibody (a protein that binds to cells) and a drug. It works by using the antibody portion to enter into the lymphoma cells, and then releasing the drug portion to kill the lymphoma cells.

Revlimid® Capsules General Drug Use-results Surveillance (Relapsed or Refractory FL and MZL)

Revlimid® Capsules General Drug Use-results Survey (Relapsed or Refractory Follicular Lymphoma and Marginal Zone Lymphoma)

To ascertain the safety of Revlimid® Capsules 2.5 mg or 5 mg under the actual use conditions in patients who received R2 combination therapy with the drug and rituximab for the first time for relapsed or refractory follicular lymphoma (FL) or marginal zone lymphoma (MZL). In particular, this surveillance will collect only information of occurrence state and treatment methods on bone marrow depression (neutropenia), which is specified as a safety specification, as well as on tumor flare, for which attention should be called. 1. Planned registration period 1.5 years 2. Planned surveillance period 3 years from the start of this survey

Lymphoma RadVax Lymphoma: A PHASE II TRIAL OF NIVOLUMAB + LOW DOSE RADIOTHERAPY FOR INCOMPLETE RESPONDERS

RadVax for Relapsed/Refractory Hodgkin's Lymphoma: A Phase II Trial of Nivolumab + Low Dose Radiotherapy for Incomplete Responders

This is a Phase II single-arm, single-site, open label clinical trial with r/r HL patients, aimed to determine whether a RadVax approach using low-dose RT added to nivolumab can improve response among patients who do not achieve a CR to nivolumab alone. The long-term goal is to develop an effective regimen for r/r HL patients.

Brentuximab Vedotin and Lenalidomide in Patients With Relapsed/ Refractory T-cell Lymphoma or Hodgkin Lymphoma - EpiBrentlen

A Phase 1b Study of Brentuximab Vedotin and Lenalidomide in Patients With Relapsed/ Refractory Cutaneous T-cell Lymphoma, CD30-positive Peripheral T-cell Lymphoma, or CD30-positive Hodgkin Lymphoma

This study is investigating the combination of Brentuximab vedotin and lenalidomide in the treatment of relapsed/refractory peripheral T cell lymphoma or cutaneous T cell lymphoma or Hodgkin lymphoma. It is hypothesised that lenalidomide may augment the actions of Brentuximab vedotin in these patient groups. The primary objective of the study is to determine the maximum tolerated dose of the combination treatment, which can be used in subsequent studies. The study will also investigate disease response and survival. Participants will receive Brentuximab vedotin (once every 21 days i.e. 1 cycle) and lenalidomide (daily from day 1 -14 of each cycle) for a maximum of 48 weeks and will be followed for a subsequent 6 months after the end of treatment.
