Filter by:Prospective study that will evaluate the clinical agreement of the Sky Medical™ Rapid Antigen Test compared to SARS-CoV-2 RT-PCR.
For Phase 1 only. Additional information will be provided when Phase 2 is implemented. This is a two-part phase I/II, single-center, observer-blind, randomized, controlled vaccine trial to evaluate the safety, reactogenicity, and immunogenicity of the recombinant ZR202-CoV and ZR202a-CoV vaccines administered at 0 and 28 days as compared to Comirnaty®, and of a booster dose of ZR202a-CoV vaccine in healthy adults. Part 1: A total of 60 eligible subjects will be randomized in a 1:1:1 ratio into one of the three vaccine groups (ZR202-CoV, ZR202a-CoV, or Comirnaty®), receiving 2 doses vaccination at 28 days interval. To assess safety and preliminary immunogenicity profile after primary series vaccination at pre-defined time points during the study. The DSMB will review the safety data and provide a recommendation to the Sponsor on whether the safety profile is acceptable for advancing to Part 2.
This is a phase II pilot, international, multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study that aims to evaluate the safety and preliminary efficacy of rSIFN-co nasal spray in healthy subjects in close contact with confirmed COVID-19 case(s) as well as subjects with mild or asymptomatic COVID-19.
The purpose of this clinical trial is to learn about the safety, tolerability and immunogenicity of BNT162b RNA-based SARS-CoV-2 vaccine candidates in adults to prevent COVID-19. For all cohorts (groups of participants), this study is seeking participants who are healthy (who may have preexisting disease if it is stable); All participants will receive a single dose of the study vaccine at the first study clinic and will return to the study clinic at least 4 more times. At each clinic visit, a blood sample will be taken. The study is about 6 months long for each participant. The vaccine candidates in this study are investigational but are very similar to BNT162b2 (Comirnaty), a COVID-19 RNA vaccine approved for use in the US and in many countries. For Cohort 1, this study included participants who were: - 18 through 55 years of age - have received 1 booster dose of a US-authorized COVID-19 vaccine, with the last dose being 90 or more days before Visit 1 of this study. All participants in Cohort 1 will receive 1 of the 2 study vaccines at a 30 microgram dose: BNT162b5 Bivalent (WT/OMI BA.2) or BNT162b2 Bivalent (WT/OMI BA.1). For Cohort 2, this study included participants who were: - 12 years of age and older - have received 3 prior doses of 30 micrograms BNT162b2, with the last dose being 150 to 365 days before Visit 1 of this study. Participants 12 through 17 years of age will receive BNT162b2 Bivalent (WT/OMI BA.4/BA.5) 30 micrograms. Participants 18 years and older will receive BNT162b2 Bivalent (WT/OMI BA.4/BA.5) at either a 30 microgram or a 60 microgram dose. For Cohort 3, this study included participants who were: - 18 years of age and older - have received 3 prior doses of 30 micrograms BNT162b2, with the last dose being 150 to 365 days before Visit 1 of this study. - Participants will receive BNT162b2 Bivalent (WT/OMI BA.4/BA.5) 30 micrograms. For Cohort 4, this study is seeking participants who are: - 18 through 55 years of age - have received 3 or 4 prior doses of a US-authorized mRNA COVID-19 vaccine (and dose level), with the last dose being a US-authorized BA.4/BA.5-adapted bivalent vaccine and dose level at least 150 days before Visit 1 of this study. All participants in Cohort 4 will receive 1 of the 5 study vaccines at a 30 microgram dose: BNT162b2 Bivalent (Original/ OMI BA.4/BA.5), BNT162b5 Bivalent (Original/OMI BA.4/BA.5), BNT162b6 Bivalent (Original/OMI BA.4/BA.5), BNT162b7 Bivalent (Original/OMI BA.4/BA.5) or BNT162b7 Monovalent (OMI BA.4/BA.5).
This is a randomized, phase Ⅱ, single-blind, randomized, parallel-group controlled clinical trial. The study plans to enroll subjects who have completed homologous primary vaccination with either inactivated or mRNA or Viral Vector COVID-19 vaccines (one or two doses) and have not been infected with COVID-19. All subjects will be evaluated for safety and immunogenicity after a single dose booster immunization with Recombinant COVID-19 variant Vaccine (Sf9 Cell) or inactivated COVID-19 vaccine (Vero cell) or mRNA vaccine or Viral Vector vaccine.
A phase Ⅱ, observer-blind, randomized, controlled, investigator-initiated clinical trial to evaluate the safety and immunogenicity of a booster vaccination with Recombinant COVID-19 vaccine (Sf9 Cell) in a population aged 18 years and above who have completed homologous primary vaccination with either Inactivated or mRNA or Viral Vector COVID-19 vaccines at least 6 months prior to enrolment.
This is a randomized, Phase 3 study comparing the immunogenicity and safety of 3 different lots of Novavax vaccine with Matrix-M™ adjuvant (NVX-CoV2373).The study will enroll approximately 900 previously vaccinated adults 18 to 49 years of age, inclusive.
This is a phase 2, randomized, observer-blinded, placebo-controlled clinical study to evaluate the immunogenicity and safety of SARS-CoV-2 mRNA Vaccine (SYS6006)in healthy participants aged 18 or more.
If a treated cancer patient cannot make antibodies to a Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) or approved vaccine, their risk for infection and its sequelae are significantly increased. The Astra-Zeneca Immuno-Suppressed Program (AISP) is designed to address whether a patient treated for cancer who receives a single-dose of Evusheld (AZD7442) 600 mg IM or IV will maintain a stable/protective effect against symptomatic SARS-CoV-2 infection including SARS-CoV-2 related hospitalization and/or SARS-CoV-2 related death up to 12 months post-baseline. The program will focus on patients with cancer who have been treated with chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, other therapy or combination therapy with or without radiation therapy within 12 months prior to enrollment, are willing/able to receive one IM or IV injection of Evusheld, are able to complete 14 Patient Experience/Clinical Outcome Assessment (COA) surveys, 6 Quality of Life (QoL) assessments and are willing to allow serum concentrations of Evusheld to be drawn 9 times, 3 SARS-CoV-2 Receptor Binding Domain-Immunoglobulin G (RBD-IgG) tests, and T-cell assay to be drawn once. In the event of a symptomatic break-thru SARS-CoV-2 positive infection by SARS-COV-2 Ribonucleic Acid (RNA) by Reverse Transcription Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) test, the patient will have an additional Evusheld serum concentration, SARS-CoV-2 RBD-IgG antibody level and T-cell assay obtained in a temporally related manner. The program requires treatment with Evusheld 600 mg IM or IV.
Phase II, non-randomized, open-label, comparative, single center national trial in Guinea, aimed to assess the humoral vaccine immune response induced by BBIBP-CorV vaccine in 200 adults aged between 18 and 45 years or 55 or older, one month after receiving the complete COVID-19 vaccination schedule.
