Filter by:This randomized, positive control, multicentre trial is designed to compare the analgesic efficacy and safety of nalbuphine hydrochloride injection and morphine hydrochloride injection for perioperative tumor ablation.
This is a multicenter, open, phase II clinical trial to evaluate the safety and efficacy of almonertinib combined with pyrrolitinib in locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC patients with her-2 variants detected after first-line EGFR-TKI treatment resistance. Patients with first-line EGFR-TKI resistance showed HER-2 variation (including mutation and amplification) in tissue or blood tests, and the treatment regimen of metinil combined with pyrrolitinib was performed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of the treatment regimen. To determine the optimal dose of pyrrolitinib, three dose groups of 240mg, 320mg, and 400mg were set, and the "3+3" study design principle was adopted. About 27-36 people will be included in the study (depending on the progress of the study)
This trial is to determine the safety of 4 new probiotic strains and to assess their efficacy in reducing the incidence and/or duration of gastrointestinal problems and infections as well as respiratory infections in healthy adults.
This study is a longitudinal assessment using a classic dose-escalation study design to assess the safety and maximal tolerated dose (MTD) of locally delivered allogeneic mesenchymal stromal cells (MSC) for promoting corneal repair. The study will be conducted at Illinois Eye and Ear Infirmary located at University of Illinois at Chicago. The study will use digital conjunctival and corneal photography and corneal Scheimpflug Imaging, densitometry, and pachymetry for assessment of safety and corneal wound healing.
Intravitreal triamcinolone acetonide is a well-known method of treatment of diabetic macular edema, however, it has many side effects, most commonly causing cataract and glaucoma. Suprachoroidal route is an emerging route of delivery of intraocular drugs. This is to our knowledge the first prospective study to compare the effect of triamcinolone acetonide delivered via the intravitreal versus the suprachoroidal route in the treatment of diabetic macular edema as regards safety and efficacy.
This clinical trial is a clinical trial for the evaluation of the safety and efficacy of umbilical cord blood (UCB) therapy, UCB and erythropoietin (EPO) combination therapy in adult stroke patients.
Transbronchial cryobiopsy in different freezing time is performed in patients with undefined diffuse parenchymal lung diseases, and assess the diagnostic yield and safety.
Multiple myeloma (MM) is a common malignant hematology disease. The development of proteasome inhibitors (PIs) and immunomodulatory drugs (IMiDs) significantly improved the survival of MM patients. IMiDs have multiple effects in MM therapy. Except for direct cytotoxicity, IMiDs also play a variety of immune regulatory roles. Lenalidomide, a kind of IMiDs, was usually used in the therapy of relapsed/refractory MM. The efficacy and safety of RDD (lenalidomide, pegylated liposomal doxorubicin, dexamethasone) in newly diagnosed patients with MM still needs to be further validated.
To evaluate the safety and pharmacokinetics of GV-971 capsules after oral a single or multiple doses of 900 mg, 1200 mg and 1500 mg in healthy subjects.
This randomized controlled study was designed to evaluate the accuracy, safety and clinical outcomes of the robot assisted spinal surgery.
