Filter by:The aim of the REFRACT clinical trial is to find new therapies with improved outcomes compared to the current standard treatment available, in patients with relapsed or refractory follicular lymphoma. This will be done by comparing patients who have received a new treatment against patients who receive standard treatment based on their response to the treatment received.
This study is testing the safety and tolerability of BGB-21447 monotherapy in participants with relapsed or refractory (R/R) non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) and chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma (CLL/SLL). The study aims to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD), maximum adminstered dose (MAD), recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D), and pharmacokinetic profile of the drug. Additionally, preliminary antitumor activity will be characterized. The study is divided into 2 main parts: Part 1 "Monotherapy Dose Finding" and Part 2 "Monotherapy Dose Expansion."
This research study is being done to estimate the safety and efficacy of zandelisib and tazemetostat in people with relapsed or refractory follicular lymphoma (FL) This research study involves Zandelisib in combination with Tazemetostat. MEI Pharma, Inc, a biotechnology company, is supporting this research study by providing funding for the research study, including the study drug zandelisib.

This is a single arm, phase II trial of HLA-haploidentical related hematopoietic cells transplant (Haplo-HCT) using reduced intensity conditioning (fludarabine and melphalan and total body irradiation). Peripheral blood is the donor graft source. This study is designed to estimate disease-free survival (DFS) at 18 months post-transplant.
This study is a Phase 1b, open-label, single arm dose escalation study of Betalutin followed by rituximab in patients with previously treated follicular lymphoma. The purpose of this study is to characterise the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics and preliminary anti-tumour activity of Betalutin in combination with rituximab.
This is a phase I/II study in which patients will be enrolled in a standard 3+3 design. Once the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) is determined amongst patients with relapsed or refractory grade 1-3a follicular lymphoma, there will be a 17-patient phase II study.

This is a phase 2, two-arm, non-randomized, open-label, multicenter study evaluating the safety and efficacy of 2 VELCADE-containing regimens. Patients will be treated with either a combination of VELCADE, rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, and prednisone (VELCADE-R-CAP) or a combination of VELCADE, rituximab, cyclophosphamide, and prednisone (VELCADE-R-CP) based on investigator preference. Following completion of the treatment period, patients will receive maintenance therapy with rituximab up to a maximum of 2 years.
