Eligibility Inclusion Criteria: - pregnant women in first trimester - negative antiphospholipid markers - normal karyotype Exclusion Criteria: - multiple pregnancy - fetal malformations - maternal diseases - smoking or alcohol use - history of or risk factors for preterm labor
