NCT ID: NCT05216068 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Recurrent Miscarriage

Investigation and Diagnosis of the Chromosome Variation in Donated/Abandoned Blastocyst

Start date: December 1, 2021
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Blastocysts derived from patients seeking infertility treatment were generated by in vitro fertilization and embryo culture as previously described, and were evaluated using the Gardner system. As part of the embryo selection process, cells of TE biopsy were collected, and blastocysts were vitrified. The clinical TE biopsies were subjected to whole genome amplification (WGA) with SurePlex reagents (Illumina) followed by NGS-based PGT-A using Illumina's VeriSeq kit (Illumina) on a MiSeq system (Illumina) according to the manufacturer's protocol.

NCT ID: NCT05169541 Recruiting - Infertility Clinical Trials

Association Between Plasma Level of Mannose Binding Lectin and Human Reproduction

Start date: February 2, 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational

A low plasma level of mannose binding lectin (p-MBL) is associated with unexplained recurrent pregnancy loss (RPL), but it is not investigated if it is associated with unexplained reproductive failure in general, including recurrent implantation failure (RIF) after assisted reproductive technology (ART) (including IVF, ICSI and FET), recurrent pregnancy loss (RPL) after spontaneous conception, and RPL after ART.

NCT ID: NCT05034250 Recruiting - Infertility Clinical Trials

Iron Status in Female Infertility and Recurrent Miscarriage

Start date: October 1, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Multiple studies suggest a link between the iron status and the development of the endometrium. Therefore, a sufficient iron supply seems to relevant for female fertility and reproduction. To gain further insight on the effects of iron status on female fertility, a prospective study on infertile women und women with recurrent miscarriage will be conducted. In these, the iron status will be evaluated in detail. In addition, a control group of healthy women without infertility will be enrolled.

NCT ID: NCT04624269 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Antiphospholipid Syndrome

A Study of Hydroxychloroquine Sulfate in the Treatment of Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion With Antiphospholipid Syndrome

Start date: December 1, 2020
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

The efficacy of low-dose aspirin combined with low-molecular-weight heparin treatment for improving antiphospholipid syndrome and maternal-fetal outcome of patients is recognized by various countries and recommended by the guidelines. However, there are still 20-30% of APS patients whose treatment fails. Therefore, the standard treatment effect is still not ideal, and other treatment options need to be explored. The purpose of this study is to conduct a randomized double-blind, parallel controlled study of patients with recurrent miscarriage and APS in addition to standard treatment, plus hydroxychloroquine sulfate (HCQ) or placebo, to observe the effects of HCQ on pregnancy outcome in patients with abortion and APS, to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of HCQ treatment.

NCT ID: NCT04558268 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Recurrent Miscarriage

Low Dose Prednisone Therapy in Women With Recurrent Pregnancy Loss

Start date: December 2020
Phase: Phase 2/Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

For many years there is a lack of large randomized controlled trials that study the effect of low dose prednisone in women with RPL and thus the evidence of a probable efficacy of prednisone in RPL women remains limited and unclear. As the ESHRE recommended in 2018 (2) we aim to assess the effect of such treatment in a large trial that includes unexplained and abnormal autoimmune profile RPL patients. we also aim to assess the side effects of the treatment in RPL pregnant women.

NCT ID: NCT04293068 Recruiting - Infertility Clinical Trials

Effect of Reproductive Tract Microbiota on Pregnancy Outcome in IVF/ICSI

Start date: August 18, 2020
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

A single center, observational cohort study to explore the relationship between reproductive tract microbiota and pregnancy outcome in the patients accepted IVF/ICSI. To investigate whether there is a correlation between reproductive tract microbiota and IVF/ICSI outcomes. Whether there are differences in reproductive tract microbiota (such as vagina, follicular fluid, uterine cavity, etc.) in patients with different pregnancy outcomes.

NCT ID: NCT04017754 Completed - Clinical trials for Pregnancy Complications

Low Plasma Mannose Binding Lectin (p-MBL) Level is a Risk Factor for Recurrent Pregnancy Loss (RPL)

Start date: January 1, 2016
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The present study is based on the hypothesis, that recurrent pregnancy loss (RPL) is associated with abnormal plasma mannose binding lectin (p-MBL) level. Secondarily, p-MBL level may affect the reproductive and the perinatal outcome in the first pregnancy following RPL. Thus, the present study aim to examine whether MBL should be a biomarker for women at risk for RPL and, secondarily, affect the reproductive and perinatal outcome, and thereby help clinicians identify fragile women who need intensified perinatal care.

NCT ID: NCT03970954 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Recurrent Miscarriage

Low-dose Interleukin-2 in Women With Unexplained Miscarriages

FaCIL-2
Start date: January 5, 2021
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the ability of low dose IL-2 to stimulate peripheral blood Tregs of women with unexplained repeated early spontaneous miscarriages for development of a therapy to prevent fetal rejection by low dose IL-2.

NCT ID: NCT03941470 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Recurrent Miscarriage

Assessment of Natural Killer Cells in Unexplained Recurrent Pregnancy Loss

Start date: April 30, 2019
Phase:
Study type: Observational

To assess natural killer cells frequency and activation in cases of unexplained recurrent abortion in comparison to fertile cases - 2. . To study the expression of stimulatory receptors of natural killer cell. - 3-To study the expression of inhibitory receptors of natural killer cell.

NCT ID: NCT03902912 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Recurrent Miscarriage

Effect of Prednisolone Treatment on Uterine Natural Killer Cells

Start date: July 30, 2019
Phase: Phase 3
