Filter by:The aim of this study was to assess the therapeutic efficacy of secukinumab on the psoriatic skin and to explore the anti-inflammatory (reduction of hepatic inflammation and cell damage), anti-steatotic (reduction of hepatic triglyceride content) and anti-fibrotic (reduction of hepatic fibrosis) effects of secukinumab in patients with psoriasis and coexisting non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD).
This study is being conducted to determine how safe and how well tolerated LY3462817 is when given to participants with psoriasis. Blood tests will be done to check how much LY3462817 is in the bloodstream and how long the body takes to get rid of it. The study will last up to one year and one month for each participant. As part of protocol addendum, this study is additionally evaluating the safety and tolerability of LY3509754 in participants with psoriasis. Blood tests will be done to check how much LY3509754 is in the bloodstream and how long the body takes to get rid of it. The addendum will last up to 12 weeks for each participant.
The optimal therapeutic serum trough level (Ctrough) of adalimumab was defined between 3,5 and 7,0 µg/ml in patients with plaque type psoriasis. An adalimumab Ctrough above this therapeutic range did not add clinical response. Based on this therapeutic window, the introduction of dose adjustments based on Ctroughs (therapeutic drug monitoring) will be further validated in a prospective randomized-controlled trial. Here, we aim to determine whether, in patients with a good clinical response and supratherapeutic adalimumab Ctroughs, dose reduction is able to maintain favorable clinical outcome.
This is a phase 1, randomized, single-center, 3-part, study to assess the safety, tolerability, PK, and PD, of single and multiple doses of CC-92252 in healthy adult subjects and multiple doses of CC-92252 in adult subjects with psoriasis.
To assess long-term safety, tolerability, and efficacy of BI 730357 in patients with moderate to severe chronic plaque psoriasis.
This is a phase 2, open-label, single-group, multicentre trial in which the investigational product, MC2-01 cream, is investigated in adolescent subjects (age 12 to 16 years, 11 months) with clinically diagnosed extensive psoriasis vulgaris.
Phase 1 study in 2 stages with 2 expansion cohorts. The first stage is a single ascending dose (SAD) study of APVO210 in healthy volunteers. The second stage is a multiple ascending dose (MAD) study of APVO210 in healthy volunteers. Two expansion cohorts evaluate multiple doses of APVO210 in psoriasis patients and ulcerative colitis patients.
This is a Phase 3, multicenter, randomized, placebo-controlled, double-blind study of the efficacy and safety of apremilast (CC-10004) in pediatric subjects with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis. At least 230 pediatric subjects (ages 6 through 17 years) will be randomized 2:1 to receive either apremilast or placebo for the first 16 weeks and then all subjects will receive apremilast during the 36 week Extension Phase for a total of 52 weeks. Randomization to apremilast arm or placebo arm will be stratified by age group (6 to 11 years or 12 to 17 years). Subjects will receive apremilast treatment of either 20 mg twice daily (BID) or 30 mg BID, depending on weight. This Phase 3 study is being conducted to evaluate the safety and efficacy of apremilast in the treatment of pediatric subjects.
The purpose of this study is to explore the safety, tolerability and activity of Nivolumab, a PD-1 inhibitor, in cohorts of patients with autoimmune disease. Two cohorts of patients will be enrolled, based on autoimmune disease type. Patients will be screened within 28 days prior to the start of dosing. Eligible patients will be enrolled in either of the two cohorts. Patients will receive treatment every two weeks, in an outpatient setting. One cycle is a 28-day period, with Nivolumab given on days 1 and 15 of a 28-day cycle. Subjects will be permitted to continue treatment beyond initial RECIST 1.1.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the long-term safety and maintenance of efficacy of mirikizumab in participants with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis.
