NCT ID: NCT03303066 Completed - Anemia Clinical Trials

Efficacy and Safety of FG-4592 for Treatment of Anemia in Participants With Lower Risk Myelodysplastic Syndrome (MDS)

Start date: June 6, 2018
Phase: Phase 2/Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The objective of this study to evaluate the efficacy FG-4592 for the treatment of anemia in Chinese participants with lower risk MDS.

NCT ID: NCT03291444 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Myelodysplastic Syndromes

CAR-T Cells Combined With Peptide Specific Dendritic Cell in Relapsed/Refractory Leukemia/MDS

Start date: May 5, 2018
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The main purpose of this study is to verify the safety and potential effectiveness of CART cells combined with peptide specific dendritic cell in relapsed/refractory leukemia.

NCT ID: NCT03275480 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Myelodysplastic Syndromes

Institut Paoli Calmettes Myelodysplastic Syndromes Database

Start date: January 18, 2016
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

Database of Institut Paoli-Calmettes patients diagnosed with Myelodysplastic Syndromes

NCT ID: NCT03272633 Terminated - Clinical trials for Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia

Irradiated Donor Cells Following Stem Cell Transplant in Controlling Cancer in Patients With Hematologic Malignancies

Start date: October 26, 2020
Phase: Early Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This pilot clinical trial studies the side effects of irradiated donor cells following stem cell transplant in controlling cancer in patients with hematologic malignancies. Transfusion of irradiated donor cells (immune cells) from relatives may cause the patient's cancer to decrease in size and may help control cancer in patients receiving a stem cell transplant.

NCT ID: NCT03268954 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Myelodysplastic Syndrome

Pevonedistat Plus Azacitidine Versus Single-Agent Azacitidine as First-Line Treatment for Participants With Higher-Risk Myelodysplastic Syndromes (HR MDS), Chronic Myelomonocytic Leukemia (CMML), or Low-Blast Acute Myelogenous Leukemia (AML)

PANTHER
Start date: November 28, 2017
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to determine whether the combination of pevonedistat and azacitidine improves event-free survival (EFS) when compared with single-agent azacitidine. (An event is defined as death or transformation to AML in participants with MDS or CMML, whichever occurs first, and is defined as death in participants with low-blast AML).

NCT ID: NCT03263637 Completed - Multiple Myeloma Clinical Trials

Study to Assess Safety, Tolerability, Pharmacokinetics and Antitumor Activity of AZD4573 in Relapsed/Refractory Haematological Malignancies

Start date: October 24, 2017
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics (PD) and preliminary antitumor activity of AZD4573 in subjects with relapsed or refractory haematological malignancies.

NCT ID: NCT03263091 Terminated - Clinical trials for Primary MDS (Very Low, Low or Intermediate IPSS-R With <5% Blasts)

Efficacy and Safety of Roxadustat for Treatment of Anemia in Participants With Lower Risk Myelodysplastic Syndrome With Low Red Blood Cell Transfusion Burden

Start date: September 7, 2017
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to determine whether FG-4592 is safe and effective in the treatment of anemia in participants with lower risk MDS and low red blood cell transfusion burden.

NCT ID: NCT03259516 Terminated - Clinical trials for Myelodysplastic Syndromes

Nivolumab With Chemotherapy in Refractory MDS

Start date: May 25, 2017
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

There is evidence of involvement of checkpoint pathways, including PD-1, in the pathogenesis and resistance of myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS). However monotherapy with checkpoint inhibitors was ineffective in a number of studies, indicating the presence of several mechanisms of resistance. This pilot study evaluates the safety and preliminary efficacy of nivolumab combination with currently existing treatments in MDS patients who failed at least one line of therapy. The study evaluates if there is a combination which induces objective responses.

NCT ID: NCT03258359 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Myelodysplastic Syndromes

Personalized Adoptive Cellular Therapy Targeting MDS Stem Cell Neoantigens (PACTN)

Start date: January 1, 2018
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This study will evaluate the safety of autologous T cells that have been immunized ex vivo with patient-specific MDS stem cell neoantigens in patients with MDS.

NCT ID: NCT03235973 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Leukemia, Myeloid, Acute

Cladribine Dose Escalation in Conditioning Regimen Prior to Allo-HSCT for Refractory Acute Leukemia and Myelodysplastic Syndromes

CEREAL
Start date: April 28, 2018
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The investigators focused on patients with refractory acute leukemia or MDS and designed a phase 1 trial of escalated cladribine doses in the Cla-Flu-Bu RTC regimen using PK-guided myeloablative busulfan doses. This scheme allows combining different optimization of RTC experienced over years (Flu-Bu RTC, PK-guided myeloablative busulfan doses, a second purine analog cladribine) to approach a specific platform to treat refractory diseases.
