Filter by:All the pregnant women and newborns of both or one of the couples who gave birth in Ditan hospital were collected as the observation group, and the pregnant women and newborns of both husband and wife who gave birth in our hospital without new crown vaccine during pregnancy were collected as the control group. The incidence of adverse events during pregnancy of the two groups and the incidence of intrauterine development and congenital malformations of the two groups were observed to observe the physical and intellectual development of children in the two groups at the age of 1 year, and to explore the safety of perinatal neocrown vaccination.
The loss of an infant during the perinatal period has been recognized as a complex and potentially traumatic life event and can have a significant impact on women's mental health. However, often times, psychological aftercare is typically not offered, and manualized interventions are rarely used in clinical care practice and have seldom been evaluated. In recent years, a growing number of studies have demonstrated the efficacy of virtual reality (VR) interventions to facilitate the expression and coping with emotions linked to a traumatic event. The objective of the proposed paper is to present the protocol of a randomized control trial aimed to assess a novel VR-based intervention for mothers who experienced a perinatal loss. The investigators hypothesize that the VR-based intervention group will show significantly reduced symptoms related to grief, postnatal depression and general psychopathology after treatment relative to a treatment-as-usual (TAU) group. With the present study the investigators propose to answer to the unquestionable need for interventions addressed to ameliorate the emotional effects in women who experienced perinatal loss, by exploiting also the therapeutic opportunities offered by a new technology as VR.
The objective of this study is to test whether the innovative intervention, "Strength for U in Relationship Empowerment" (SURE), reduces the frequency of IPV more than an attention, time, and information matched control condition in perinatal women seeking mental health care.
This qualitative study with quantitative elements examines the health care provided to women who suffered from mental disorder during pregnancy and / or in the first year after birth (i.e. during the perinatal phase). Investigators will perform individual interviews with former PMD patients, and health and social care professionals to gain insights into current health care for PMD patients.
The aim of this study was to assess whether administration of oxytocin intrapartum (Oxt) has any effect on Neonatal Primitive Reflexes (RNP) and if dose dependent. The secondary objective is to assess the effects on exclusive breastfeeding at 3 months
