View clinical trials related to Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumor.
Filter by:Pancreatic Neuroendocrine tumors and carcinomas (pNET) see the last year their incidence and prevalence going up. On the basis of their grade of differentiation and proliferation ratio measured Ki67 staining, there are divided into 3 grade groups : Grade 1 with Ki67 between 1 and 3%, Grade 2 between 3 and 20% and well-differentiated neuroendocrine grade tumors 3 with KI67 greater than 20%, so undifferentiated carcinomas. pNET is a heterogenous group of tumors with variable prognosis. The aim of this study is to identify the prognostic factors in this population, as well the place of neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio as a prognostic marker. The primary endpoint is the description of clinic and pathological parameters of patients from Alsace. The secondary endpoints are the identification of prognostic factors in this population
This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of modified immune cells (IL13Ralpha2 CAR T cells) after a chemotherapy conditioning regimen for the treatment of patients with stage IIIC or IV melanoma or solid tumors that have spread to other places in the body (metastatic). The study agent is called IL13Ralpha2 CAR T cells. T cells are a special type of white blood cell (immune cells) that have the ability to kill tumor cells. The T cells are obtained from the patient's own blood, grown in a laboratory, and modified by adding the IL13Ralpha2 CAR gene. The IL13Ralpha2 CAR gene is inserted into T cells with a virus called a lentivirus. The lentivirus allows cells to make the IL13Ralpha2 CAR protein. This CAR has been designed to bind to a protein on the surface of tumor cells called IL13Ralpha2. This study is being done to determine the dose at which the gene-modified immune cells are safe, how long the cells stay in the body, and if the cells are able to attack the cancer.
The aim of this study is to quantify inter-observer variability in delineating pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasm (PanNEN) on Computerized Tomography (CT) images and its impact on radiomic features (RF), subsequently to this determination, to use CT texture analysis to predict, histological characteristics of PanNEN on CT scans.
The purpose of the protocol is to estimate the progression-free survival (PFS) rate in subjects diagnosed with PanNET, according to investigator assessment, at 24 months after treatment initiation with lanreotide 120 mg every 28 days.
This phase II trial studies how well abemaciclib works in treating patients with digestive system neuroendocrine tumors that have spread to other places in the body, do not respond to treatment, and cannot be removed by surgery. Abemaciclib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.
The biology of pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors can change during the disease course. This evolution of disease can manifest through increases in tumor proliferation rate, resistance to medical therapy and/or a change in tumor hormone secretion. This study aims to characterize how the biology of pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors change over time, measured by; patient symptoms, biochemistry, contrast enhanced computed tomography, DOTATOC-PET, FDG-PET and core needle biopsy with histopathological analysis (Ki67 index and tumor cell differentiation). Uptake on 68Ga-DOTATOC and 18F-FDG-PET will be correlated directly to tumor cell proliferation rate. Fraction of patients with spatial heterogeneity in DOTATOC as well as FDG uptake as well as metachronous changes in all collected data will be documented. Biomaterial from whole blood and core needle biopsies will be characterized on the molecular level, and those findings will be integrated to the above specified clinical parameters.
CVM-1118 (TRX-818) is a new small molecule chemical entity being developed as a potential anti-cancer therapeutic by TaiRx, Inc. CVM-1118 is a potent anti-cancer agent in numerous human cancer cell lines. The safety of administrating CVM-1118 on human is evaluated from the phase 1 study. The objectives of the phase 2 study is to further investigate the efficacy of CVM-1118 for patients with advanced neuroendocrine tumors.
This study aims to evaluate the safety and efficacy of new ablation catheter developed by MEDICAL TAEWOONG for the treatment of pancreatic neoplasm (pancreatic adenocarcinoma or neuroendocrine tumour). The ablation is performed using EUSRA needle and radio frequency waves under ultrasound imaging. The subject who will be recruited into this study are patients who are deemed as non-surgical candidates.
This study aims to evaluate the safety and efficacy of new ablation catheter developed by MEDICAL TAEWOONG for the treatment of pancreatic premalignant and early malignant cystic lesion. The ablation is performed using EUSRA needle and radiofrequncy waves under ultrasound imaging. The method will be exaimened on patients who are candidates for surgical intervention and to examine the ability of the method to serve as an alternative to surgical intervention.
A Phase II Randomized,Controlled,Open Label,Multicentre Study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Tegafur combined with Temozolomide versus Tegafur combined with Temozolomide and Thalidomide in subjects with Advanced Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumor
