NALIRIFOX as Induction Therapy in LAPC

Start date: December 25, 2023
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a prospective, single arm, single center, phase II study of NALIRIFOX as conversion therapy in patients with locally advanced pancreatic cancer.

NCT ID: NCT06445062 Recruiting - Colorectal Cancer Clinical Trials

Study of RAS(ON) Inhibitors in Patients With Gastrointestinal Solid Tumors

Start date: May 24, 2024
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this platform study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), and preliminary antitumor activity of novel RAS(ON) inhibitors combined with Standard(s) of Care (SOC) or with novel agents. The first three subprotocols include the following: Subprotocol A: RMC-6236 + 5-fluorouracil-based regimens Subprotocol B: RMC-6236 + cetuximab with or without mFOLFOX6 Subprotocol C: RMC-6236 + gemcitabine + nab-paclitaxel

NCT ID: NCT06388967 Recruiting - Pancreatic Cancer Clinical Trials

Pancreatic Cancer Detection Consortium

PCDC
Start date: March 15, 2023
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This study aims to prospective validate an exosome-based miRNA signature for noninvasive and early detection of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma.

NCT ID: NCT06330441 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma

Pancreatic Cancer Screening in a Population at High Risk

ScrePan
Start date: January 7, 2022
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Pancreatic cancer is one of the diseases with the worst prognosis, which is mainly due to the initial asymptomatic prognosis. Unfortunately, the incidence of this disease in the Czech Republic is still increasing. In a certain proportion of patients, it is possible to predict the disease, e.g. due to family burdens. Regular follow-up of such individuals is the subject of the SCREPAN study: "Pancreatic Cancer Screening in High-Risk Persons".

NCT ID: NCT06320717 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma

AI Derived Biomarker to Select Neoadjuvant Treatment for Borderline Resectable Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma

Start date: January 2, 2024
Phase:
Study type: Observational

To collect samples and information from patients who will be undergoing standard of care neoadjuvant treatment with either FOLFIRINOX or Gemcitabine + Nab-paclitaxel. The information collected will be used to determine if there are any "biomarkers" in your blood or tumor tissue that, when compared to your response to the neoadjuvant treatment, could be used to choose the best treatment option for future patients with similar biomarkers.

NCT ID: NCT06305247 Recruiting - Colorectal Cancer Clinical Trials

A Study to Assess IPN01194 When Administered Alone in Adults With Advanced Solid Tumours

Start date: April 3, 2024
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to determine the appropriate dosage, safety and effectiveness of the study drug, IPN01194 in adults with advanced solid tumours. The participants in this study will have advanced solid tumours. 'Advanced solid tumours' refers to cancers that can occur in several places, including cancers in organs or tissues that have spread from their original site to nearby tissues or other parts of the body. In this study, all participants will receive the study drug, which will be taken by mouth (orally).

NCT ID: NCT06287463 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

Study of DCC-3084 in Participants With Advanced Malignancies Driven by the Mitogen-Activated Protein Kinase (MAPK) Pathway

Start date: May 14, 2024
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a multicenter, Phase 1/2 clinical trial to evaluate DCC-3084 alone or in combination with other cancer therapies in participants with advanced cancers. Module A will enroll participants with solid tumors. Additional modules exploring other cancers may be added to the master protocol at a later date. Each module will be conducted in 2 parts: Part 1 (Dose Escalation) and Part 2 (Dose Expansion).

NCT ID: NCT06218914 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

A Study of NT-112 in HLA-C*08:02-Positive Adult Subjects With Unresectable, Advanced, and/ or Metastatic Solid Tumors Positive for the KRAS G12D Mutation

Start date: February 5, 2024
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

Phase I Study of NT-112, an autologous T-cell therapy product genetically engineered to express an HLA-C*08:02-restricted T cell receptor (TCR), targeting KRAS G12D mutant solid tumors.

NCT ID: NCT06168812 Recruiting - Pancreatic Cancer Clinical Trials

A Study of Glipizide to Treat High Blood Sugar in People With Pancreatic Cancer

Start date: December 5, 2023
Phase: Phase 2

A Prospective Registry for Patients at High-Risk for Pancreatic Cancer

Start date: July 13, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

This study aims to facilitate discovery and validation of tests for early detection in subjects at high risk for pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) and to facilitate the use of state-of-the-art machine learning-based algorithms that utilize databases and images with the purpose of identifying early stages of pancreatic cancer, as well as people at high-risk.The study also aims to provide a platform for development of an interventional protocol for early detection of PDAC.
