NCT ID: NCT05711433 Completed - Pancreas Neoplasm Clinical Trials

Risk Factors for Postoperative Pancreatic Fistula Following Non-traumatic Pancreatic Surgery. Retrospective Observational Study.

Start date: July 1, 2014
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

Postoperative pancreatic fistula is a potentially fatal sequela with substantial morbidity and mortality. Three hundred forty-seven patients were admitted with a clinical diagnosis of pancreatic fistula following both open and laparoscopic approaches for pancreatic benign and malignant tumors.

NCT ID: NCT04724551 Completed - Pancreas Neoplasm Clinical Trials

The Neutrophil-to-Lymphocyte Ratio to Exclude Pancreatic Fistula

NLR
Start date: June 1, 2012
Phase:
Study type: Observational

There is still no consensus on whether drain fluid amylase (DFA) level, C-reactive protein (CRP) level, or complex scores predict clinically relevant postoperative pancreatic fistula (CR-POPF). The aim of this study is to determine the accuracy of simple biochemical parameters (leucocytes, neutrophils, lymphocytes, Neutrophil to Lymphocytes Ratio (NLR), at postoperative days 1 and 3) to exclude the diagnosis of CR-POPF.

NCT ID: NCT03834701 Completed - Clinical trials for Neuroendocrine Tumors

Endoscopic Ultrasound-guided RadioFrequency Ablation for the Treatment Pancreatic NeuroEndocrine Neoplasms

RAPNEN
Start date: September 1, 2019
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This study evaluates the possibility and the safety of performing local therapy for Pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms (PanNENs) using radiofrequency ablation of the tumor under ultrasonography (EUS) guidance.

NCT ID: NCT03415126 Completed - Cancer Clinical Trials

A Study of ASN007 in Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors

Start date: January 19, 2018
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The study is divided into two parts. The first part of the study will test various doses of ASN007 to find out the highest safe dose to test in five specific groups. The second part of the study will test how well ASN007 can control cancer.
