View clinical trials related to NSCLC Stage IV.
Filter by:This is a phase I clinical study. Blood is drawn from the patient and brought to our laboratory for isolation of immune cells. These immune cells are then proliferated over a two week period and used to produce our patented product IKC (Immune Killer Cells). The IKC will then infused back into the patient to treat the cancer. Each patient will receive a total of six infusions.
Relationship between human microbiota and epidemiology of lung cancer
A Phase IIa Open-Label Trial to Investigate the Safety, Tolerability, Pharmacokinetics, Biological, and Clinical Activity of AGEN1884 in Combination with Pembrolizumab in Subjects with Chemotherapy Naïve, PD-L1 high, metastatic Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC)
DONUM is an observational prospective independent protocol for patients with advanced lung cancer, colorectal cancer or cancer of unknown primary, willing to donate their tumor tissue samples post mortem for biomedical research purposes. All patients who fulfill the inclusion criteria will be eligible for the study after giving their Informed consent. Informed Consent will be obtained in two steps. During the pre-information step patients will be acquainted with the existence of a post-mortem cancer tissue donation research program governed by the DONUM protocol. If the patients manifest interest to participate into the program (in writing) during the pre-information step, they will proceed to step 2 and undergo the final informed consent process.
This is a single centre non-randomised open label phase 1 trial of lung SBRT to part of a lung lesion in patients with advanced NSCLC in combination with pembrolizumab. This study will recruit up to 24 patients whose lung cancer has progressed beyond one line of palliative chemotherapy, and an EGFR or ALK inhibitor if an EGFR driver mutation or ALK gene rearrangement is present, respectively, and now requires further palliative systemic treatment.
Three laboratories will participate in the study. Each laboratory will analyze the same samples by different methodologies according to the flow indicated in figure 1. This design will allow comparing the agreement performance of different methods available for T790M identification in circulating-free DNA isolated from peripheral blood.
EGFR-TKIs are the standard first-line treatment option for EGFR-mutant NSCLC. After a randomized phase II trial, JO25567 was presented at 2014 ASCO, the synergistic effect of progression-free survival(PFS) could be expected when EGFR TKI, Gefitinib is combined with Antiangiogenesis agent thalidomide, Therefore Chinese data of treating EGFR mutation positive NSCLC patients with Gefitinib and thalidomide is significantly necessary for developing new standard treatment in first-line therapy in Chinese EGFR mutant NSCLC patients. In this study, The investigators will investigate the efficacy and safety of Gefitinib and thalidomide combination compare to Gefitinib alone in Chinese EGFR-mutant NSCLC patients.
This study will treat patients with advanced NSCLC who have already received at least one course of specific anti-cancer treatment but the tumour has started to re-grow following that treatment. This is the first time this drug has ever been tested in patients, and so it will help to understand what type of side effects may occur with the drug treatment, it will measure the levels of drug in the body, it will also measure the anti-cancer activity. By using these pieces of information together the best dose of this drug to use in further clinical trials will be selected.
Neoantigen (Neo)is a new targets for immune cells, that the DC neoantigen immunotherapy was more effective in triggering specific T-cell responses. Neo-MASCT using the DC vaccine and neoantigen T cells .Dendritic cells(DC) was induced from autologous peripheral blood, and be loaded with antigens and re-infused. In vitro, antigen-pulsed DC can stimulate autologous T-cell proliferation and induction of autologous specific cytotoxic T-cells(CTL),similarly re-infused. The study is aimed to evaluate the safety of Neo-MASCT in patients with advanced NSCLC.
This is an open-label, multi-center, single arm, phase II study to assess the anti-tumor activity and safety of bemcentinib when given in combination with pembrolizumab in up to 106 participants with previously treated, advanced adenocarcinoma of the lung. The study will enroll three cohorts of participants with previously treated, advanced adenocarcinoma of the lung: Cohort A will consist of participants who received a maximum of 1 prior line of platinum-containing chemotherapy and no prior immunotherapy of any kind. Cohort B will consist of participants who received a maximum of one prior line of an anti-programmed death receptor (PD)-(L)1 therapy (monotherapy). Cohort C will consist of participants who received a maximum of one prior line of therapy with an anti-PD-(L)1 therapy in combination with a platinum-containing chemotherapy. The primary objective is to assess the anti-tumor activity of bemcentinib and pembrolizumab when given in combination.
