Start date: July 28, 2021
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

A phase 1, first-in-human, open-label study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, PK, and efficacy of the novel ALK inhibitor TPX-0131 in pretreated subjects with ALK+ advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).

NCT ID: NCT04822298 Terminated - Clinical trials for Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Study of AMG 160 in Subjects With Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

Start date: August 31, 2021
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This study aims to evaluate the safety and tolerability of AMG 160 and to evaluate the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) or the recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D).

NCT ID: NCT04698681 Terminated - Clinical trials for Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

NGS Screening Protocol to Detect Mutation of KEAP1 or NRF2/NFE2L2 Genes for the KEAPSAKE (CX-839-014) Trial

Start date: January 19, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This is a multicenter screening protocol designed to identify patients with NSCLC who have tumor mutations in the KEAP1 or NRF2/NFE2L2 genes in order to determine potential eligibility for a biomarker selected clinical trial (CX-839-014, otherwise known as the KEAPSAKE trial). Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) present in blood samples collected from eligible patients will be analyzed by next generation sequencing (NGS) for selected biomarkers. A commercial liquid biopsy NGS test will be provided to study participants free of charge.

NCT ID: NCT04629339 Terminated - Clinical trials for Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Study of INCB086550 in Select Solid Tumors

Start date: September 2, 2021
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

An open-label, nonrandomized study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of INCB086550, a first-in-class oral inhibitor of PD-L1, as initial immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy in participants with select solid tumors

NCT ID: NCT04628780 Terminated - Clinical trials for Renal Cell Carcinoma

Study to Test the Safety and Tolerability of PF-07209960 in Advanced or Metastatic Solid Tumors

Start date: December 16, 2020
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is a first-in-human, Phase 1, open label, multicenter, multiple dose, dose escalation and dose expansion study intended to evaluate the safety, pharmacokinetic, pharmacodynamic, and potential clinical benefit of PF-07209960, an anti-PD-1 targeting IL-15 fusion protein, in participants with selected locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors for whom no standard therapy is available, or would not be an appropriate option in the opinion of the participant and their treating physician, or participants who have refused standard therapy. The study contains 2 parts, single agent Dose Escalation (Part 1) to determine the recommended dose of PF-07209960, followed by Dose Expansion (Part 2) in selected tumor types at the recommended dose.

NCT ID: NCT04622072 Terminated - Clinical trials for Non Small Cell Lung Cancer

XZP-5809-TT1 Tablets in Patients With T790M Mutation-positive Locally Advanced or Metastatic Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Start date: November 2, 2020
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The trial is divided into two parts, one is dose escalation phase, the second one is dose expansion phase. For dose escalation phase, the main purpose is to evaluate safety and tolerability of XZP-5809-TT1 tablets after treatment with epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor (EGFR-TKI) in patients With T790M Mutation-positive Locally Advanced or Metastatic Non-small Cell Lung Cancer, and to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and dose-limiting toxicity (DLT). For dose expansion phase, the main purpose is to evaluate Objective response rate (ORR) in patients With T790M Mutation-positive Locally Advanced or Metastatic Non-small Cell Lung Cancer.

NCT ID: NCT04596033 Terminated - Clinical trials for Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

TiTAN-1: Safety, Proliferation and Persistence of GEN-011 Autologous Cell Therapy

Start date: November 11, 2020
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

TiTAN-1 is a first-in-human study of GEN-011, an experimental treatment being evaluated in adult patients with advanced cancer. GEN-011 is a T cell therapy made specific to each patient, using the patient's own circulating immune cells. First, Genocea confirms which cancer proteins are recognized already by each patient's T cells using ATLAS™. Then, immune cells that recognize these cancer proteins are multiplied many times (a process called PLANET™) to create a personalized GEN-011 cell therapy, which is given back to the patient in one or more intravenous (IV) infusions.

NCT ID: NCT04556435 Terminated - Lung Cancer Clinical Trials

Breath Analysis in Early Stage Lung Cancer Using Infrared Spectroscopy

Start date: February 25, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The aim of this study is to sample and analyze volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from lung cancer patients and individuals without lung cancer ("healthy" controls). The breath sample analysis will help investigators describe and identify profiles of VOCs found in the breath of patients with lung cancer when compared to normal breath profiles using infrared spectroscopy. This work will help validate early proof of concept results conducted with prototype technology and later stage NSCLC breath samples, and inform future breath testing analysis.
