Filter by:The purpose of the protocol is to estimate the progression-free survival (PFS) rate in subjects diagnosed with PanNET, according to investigator assessment, at 24 months after treatment initiation with lanreotide 120 mg every 28 days.
This is a safety study to determine the phase 1 starting dose of [90]Yttrium-DOTATOC when it is administered intravenously for patients with neuroendocrine tumors that have spread to the liver.
The purpose of this study is to determine whether ABI-009 will make advanced, malignant neuroendocrine tumor(s) of the lung, gastrointestinal tract and/or pancreas that cannot be removed by surgery smaller and slow the spread of your cancer in patients who have progressed or been intolerant to everolimus. All eligible participants will receive ABI-009, the study drug.
This is a single arm open-label design study looking at Nivolumab plus Ipilimumab in patients with Advanced Neuroendocrine Tumors. Patients will be dosed Nivolumab 240mg IV over 60 minutes every 2 weeks (Q2W) and Ipilimumab 1mg/kg IV over 30 minutes every 6 weeks (Q6W). One cycle will include 3 doses of Nivolumab and 1 dose of Ipilimumab. The objective of this study is to evaluate the objective response rate of combination Nivolumab and Ipilimumab in advanced, well-differentiated neuroendocrine tumors. Durability of response, and progression free survival (PFS) will also be described.
Reflexion on the therapeutic strategies to implement in patients at the end of life is advancing rapidly in France. However, beyond the choices presented to patients, sometimes even the decision to carry on, to limit or to stop treatments is also questioned. This decision is subjective; it is influenced by the patient's representation system (emotions, beliefs, values, practices, etc). In addition, even though he or she is the focus of the decision, the patient is not alone; other actors, accompanying the patient, play an important role in the final decision making. These actors, namely the doctors and close relatives, are also influenced in their decision making. This coexistence of representation systems may interfere with objective indicators that help in decision making (functional, clinical and biological) or with the knowledge acquired by doctors in their training and may complicate the decision-making process.
This is an open-label, single arm, multi-center Phase II trial of entinostat given as a 5 mg oral dose every week (days 1, 8, 15, and 22 of a 4-week cycle) in patients with relapsed or refractory abdominal neuroendocrine (NE) tumors. Patients will continue on treatment until disease progression or intolerable toxicity occurs.
This is an open label, non-randomized phase 2 study to assess overall response rate (ORR), clinical benefit rate (CBR), overall survival (OS) and progression free survival (PFS) in patients with high grade neuroendocrine tumors treated with pembrolizumab 200mg Q 3 Weeks.
The purpose of this study is evaluate the efficacy and safety of FOLFIRINOX in patients with gastroenteropancreatic high-grade neuroendocrine carcinomas. This is a prospective Phase II open-label trial, stratifying gastroenteropancreatic high grade neuroendocrine carcinomas participants equally into two cohorts (first-line versus beyond first-line).
This is a single center, open label, phase I study involving grade I-III gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumors, consisting of a dose escalation Part A followed by an expansion cohort Part B. On Part A Patients will be treated with daily oral everolimus. Fosbretabulin will be administered IV either q3 weekly or q weekly based on PO CRM cohort. Part B: Once the investigators have established an MTD in Part A, the investigators will be treating 15 more patients at that dose combination. The primary and secondary objectives of the expansion cohort will be similar to Part A of the study, i.e., to establish a safety profile of the experimental drug combination and to collect and assess efficacy data. Patients will be treated with concurrent everolimus and fosbretabulin for 12 weeks.
This trial studies how well gallium Ga 68-edotreotide (68Ga-DOTA-TOC) positron emission tomography (PET)/computer tomography (CT) works in imaging participants with neuroendocrine tumors. 68Ga-DOTA-TOC is used as a tracer chemical during PET/CT scans. Diagnostic procedures, such as 68Ga-DOTA-TOC PET/CT, may help find and diagnose neuroendocrine tumors.
