A Study of Modakafusp Alfa (TAK-573) Given by Itself and Together With Pembrolizumab in Adults With Advanced or Metastatic Solid Tumors

This study has 2 phases. The main aims of Phase 1b are: - to check for side effects from modakafusp alfa in adults with locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors. - to learn how much modakafusp alfa adults can receive without getting any major side effects from it. The main aims of Phase 2 are: - to check for side effects from modakafusp alfa when given together with pembrolizumab in adults with metastatic cutaneous melanoma which cannot be completely removed by surgery. - to learn how these medicines improve their symptoms. Participants will receive modakafusp alfa for up to 1 year (Phase 1b) or modakafusp alfa given together with pembrolizumab for up to 2 years (Phase 2). Those whose symptoms improve might continue treatment for longer. In both phases of the study, participants will revisit the study clinic within 30 days after their last dose or before they start other cancer treatment, whichever happens first.

The Fondazione per la Ricerca Ospedale di Bergamo (FROM) decided to propose and promote the completion of ERNEST registry: the aim of the project is to obtain up-to-date estimates of clinical outcome of these patients in primary and secondary Myelofibrosis that have been included in the 'original' ERNEST study. The last was conducted between 2012 and beginning of 2015 including 1292 patients with Myelofibrosis, but it was interrupted in 2015 because of bankruptcy of the previous sponsor.

A Trial to Find the Safe Dose for BI 905681 in Patients With Incurable Tumours or Tumours That Have Spread

The primary objective of this trial is to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD)/optimal biological dose (OBD) of BI 905681 given as an intravenous infusion and to determine the recommended dose and dosing schedule for further trials in the development of BI 905681. The MTD will be defined based on the frequency of patients experiencing dose-limiting toxicities (DLTs) during the MTD/DLT evaluation period, which is defined as the first cycle of treatment. Separate MTDs will be determined for Schedule A and Schedule B. The secondary objective of the trial is to determine the pharmacokinetic (PK) profile of BI 905681.

A Study to Find the Best Dose of BI 1387446 Alone or in Combination With Ezabenlimab (BI 754091) in Patients With Different Types of Advanced or Metastatic Cancer (Solid Tumors)

This is a study in adults with advanced cancer (solid tumours) in whom previous treatment was not successful. The study tests 2 medicines called BI 1387446 and BI 754091. Both medicines may help the immune system fight cancer. In this study, BI 1387446 is given to humans for the first time. The purpose of this study is to find out the highest dose of BI 1387446 alone and in combination with BI 754091 the participants can tolerate. BI 1387446 is injected directly into the tumour. Participants get BI 1387446 injections every week at the beginning and then every 3 weeks. Some participants get BI 754091 in addition to BI 1387446. BI 754091 is given as an infusion into a vein every 3 weeks. As long as they benefit from treatment and can tolerate it, participants can stay in the study for up to 2 years and 8 months. During this time, they visit the study site regularly. At these visit, doctors record any unwanted effects. The doctors also regularly check participants' health.

A Study Evaluating the Safety, Tolerance and Anti-tumor Activity of a Study Drug in Subjects With Advanced Solid Tumors

This is a study to evaluate the safety and tolerability of the study drug HBM4003, and to determine the maximum tolerated dose and/or recommended Phase 2 study dose of HBM4003. The study will also look at the anti-tumor activity of HBM4003.The study consists of 2 parts. In Part 1, patients are enrolled into different cohort doses in order to identify the appropriate recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) or maximum tolerated dose (MTD). In Part 2, participants with metastatic/unresectable melanoma will receive the MTD and/or RP2D established in Part 1 of the study. In Part 1 and Part 2, participants will be administered treatment either once per week or once every 3 weeks. NOTE: Participants are no longer being recruited to this study.
