NCT ID: NCT06375733 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Large B-cell Lymphoma

A Study of GFH009 in Combination With Zanubrutinib in Subjects With Relapsed or Refractory DLBCL

Start date: March 20, 2024
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a multicentre, open-label phase Ib/II study. The purpose of the study is to assess the safety and efficacy of GFH009 in combination with Zanubrutinib in patients with relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL)

Symptom Management and Transitioning to Engagement With Post-treatment Care for Adolescent and Young Adult Cancer Survivors

AYA STEPS
Start date: April 1, 2025
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of a digital health program called AYA STEPS, which is designed to help adolescent and young adult (AYA) cancer survivors manage symptoms and engage in recommended follow-up care.

NCT ID: NCT06368167 Not yet recruiting - Follicular Lymphoma Clinical Trials

A Phase II Study of SHR2554 in Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Follicular Lymphoma

Start date: April 2024
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The study is being conducted to evaluate the efficacy and safety of SHR2554 in Patients with Relapsed or Refractory Follicular Lymphoma

NCT ID: NCT06367374 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia

MRD Guided Sonrotoclax and Zanubrutinib in Newly Diagnosed CLL/SLL

Start date: May 30, 2024
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a single-arm, open-label study of sonrotoclax plus zanubrutinib with MRD-driven treatment duration in patients with previously untreated Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) or Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma (SLL). The primary goal of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of MRD-guided zanubrutinib plus sonrotoclax for first-line CLL/SLL treatment.

NCT ID: NCT06363994 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Mantle Cell Lymphoma

A Global Phase 3 Study of Orelabrutinib+BR vs.BR in Pts With TN MCL

Start date: May 25, 2024
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

Compare the efficacy and safety of Orelabrutinib plus bendamustine+ rituximab versus bendamustine + rituximab in previously untreated patients with mantle cell lymphoma (MCL)

NCT ID: NCT06362148 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Peripheral T-cell Lymphoma

Circulating Tumor DNA in Peripheral T-cell Lymphomas

CIRCULATE
Start date: March 1, 2024
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

The aim of this study is to evaluate the feasibility of circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) measurement in blood plasma for the applicability in prognostication, treatment evaluation and measurable residual disease (MRD) surveillance in a cohort of patients with newly diagnosed or relapsed/refractory peripheral T-cell lymphomas (PTCL).

NCT ID: NCT06360575 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Refractory Multiple Myeloma

Testing Crizotinib as Potentially Targeted Treatment in Cancers With MET Exon 14 Deletion Genetic Changes (MATCH - Subprotocol C2)

Start date: May 30, 2016
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This phase II MATCH treatment trial tests how well crizotinib works to treat patients with cancers with MET exon 14 deletion genetic changes. Crizotinib is in a group of medications called tyrosine kinase inhibitors. It works by blocking enzymes that cancer cells need to grow and spread. It may also prevent the growth of new blood vessels that tumors need to grow.

NCT ID: NCT06358001 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Hepatocellular Carcinoma

EchoTip AcuCore Post-Market Clinical Study

Start date: June 1, 2024
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The purpose of collecting this data is to continue to learn more about the EchoTip AcuCore and the device's ability to produce the desired favorable effect and if there are any undesired outcomes that may be related to the EchoTip AcuCore.

NCT ID: NCT06357988 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Refractory Multiple Myeloma

Testing GDC-0449 (Vismodegib) as Potentially Targeted Treatment in Cancers With Smoothened or Patched 1 Mutant Tumors (MATCH - Subprotocol T)

Start date: February 24, 2016
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This phase II MATCH treatment trial tests how well GDC-0449 (vismodegib) works for treating patients with solid tumors, lymphoma, or multiple myeloma that may have spread from where it first started to nearby tissue, lymph nodes, or distant parts of the body (advanced) or that does not respond to treatment (refractory) and who have a smoothened or patched 1 genetic mutation. Vismodegib is a type of medication called a hedgehog signaling pathway antagonist and works by blocks a type of protein involved in tissue growth and repair and may block the growth of cancer cells.

NCT ID: NCT06357975 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Refractory Multiple Myeloma

Testing Crizotinib as Potentially Targeted Treatment in Cancers With MET Genetic Changes (MATCH - Subprotocol C1)

Start date: May 30, 2016
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This phase II MATCH treatment trial tests how well crizotinib works in treating patients with solid tumors, lymphoma, or multiple myeloma that may have spread from where it first started to nearby tissue, lymph nodes, or distant parts of the body (advanced) or that does not respond to treatment (refractory) and who have MET gene amplification. Crizotinib is in a class of medications called tyrosine kinase inhibitors. It works by blocking the action of enzymes that cancer cells need to grow and spread. It may also prevent the growth of new blood vessels that tumors need to grow.
