NCT ID: NCT06385483 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Refractory Multiple Myeloma

Testing Afatinib as Potentially Targeted Treatment in Cancers With EGFR Genetic Changes (MATCH - Subprotocol A)

Start date: August 11, 2015
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This phase II MATCH treatment trial tests how well afatinib works in treating patients with cancer that has certain genetic changes. Afatinib is in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. It is used in patients whose cancer has a certain mutation (change) in the EGFR gene. It works by blocking the action of mutated EGFR that signals cancer cells to multiply. This helps to stop or slow the spread of cancer cells.

NCT ID: NCT06360575 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Refractory Multiple Myeloma

Testing Crizotinib as Potentially Targeted Treatment in Cancers With MET Exon 14 Deletion Genetic Changes (MATCH - Subprotocol C2)

Start date: May 30, 2016
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This phase II MATCH treatment trial tests how well crizotinib works to treat patients with cancers with MET exon 14 deletion genetic changes. Crizotinib is in a group of medications called tyrosine kinase inhibitors. It works by blocking enzymes that cancer cells need to grow and spread. It may also prevent the growth of new blood vessels that tumors need to grow.

NCT ID: NCT06357988 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Refractory Multiple Myeloma

Testing GDC-0449 (Vismodegib) as Potentially Targeted Treatment in Cancers With Smoothened or Patched 1 Mutant Tumors (MATCH - Subprotocol T)

Start date: February 24, 2016
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This phase II MATCH treatment trial tests how well GDC-0449 (vismodegib) works for treating patients with solid tumors, lymphoma, or multiple myeloma that may have spread from where it first started to nearby tissue, lymph nodes, or distant parts of the body (advanced) or that does not respond to treatment (refractory) and who have a smoothened or patched 1 genetic mutation. Vismodegib is a type of medication called a hedgehog signaling pathway antagonist and works by blocks a type of protein involved in tissue growth and repair and may block the growth of cancer cells.

NCT ID: NCT06357975 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Refractory Multiple Myeloma

Testing Crizotinib as Potentially Targeted Treatment in Cancers With MET Genetic Changes (MATCH - Subprotocol C1)

Start date: May 30, 2016
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This phase II MATCH treatment trial tests how well crizotinib works in treating patients with solid tumors, lymphoma, or multiple myeloma that may have spread from where it first started to nearby tissue, lymph nodes, or distant parts of the body (advanced) or that does not respond to treatment (refractory) and who have MET gene amplification. Crizotinib is in a class of medications called tyrosine kinase inhibitors. It works by blocking the action of enzymes that cancer cells need to grow and spread. It may also prevent the growth of new blood vessels that tumors need to grow.

NCT ID: NCT06308822 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Refractory Multiple Myeloma

Testing JNJ-42756493 (Erdafitinib) as Potentially Targeting Treatment in Cancers With FGFR Amplifications (MATCH-Subprotocol K1)

Start date: August 20, 2018
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This phase II MATCH treatment trial tests how well JNJ-42756493 (erdafitinib) works in treating patients with tumors that have more copies of the FGFR gene than is normal (amplification). Erdafitinib is in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. It works by blocking the action of an abnormal FGFR protein that signals cancer cells to multiply.

NCT ID: NCT06303167 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Hematopoietic and Lymphoid Cell Neoplasm

Testing AZD9291 as Potentially Targeted Treatment in Cancers With EGFR Genetic Changes (MATCH-Subprotocol E)

Start date: January 8, 2016
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This phase II MATCH treatment trial evaluates the effectiveness of osimertinib (AZD9291) in treating patients with cancer that has certain genetic changes called EGFR mutations. Osimertinib is in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. It works by blocking the action of mutant forms of the EGFR protein, which play a key role in tumor cell growth. Osimertinib may cause tumor cell death and inhibit tumor growth in EGFR-overexpressing tumor cells, thereby stopping or slowing the spread of tumor cells.

NCT ID: NCT06202885 Active, not recruiting - Lymphoma Clinical Trials

CAREMM-2306: Advanced Immunotherapy vs. Classical Immunotherapy

Start date: October 1, 2023
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The goal of this retrospective study is to compare between the case cohort and control cohort. The case cohort consists of lymphoma patients treated with novel immunotherapy regimen including Chimeric antigen receptor T cell therapy, bispecfic antibody, and/or antibody-drug conjugate. The control cohort consists of lymphoma patients who received conventional chemotherapy as standard-of-care The main question[s] it aims to answer are: - Survival times - Response outcomes

NCT ID: NCT06170216 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Lymphoma, Non-Hodgkin

Different Immunochemotherapies in Small B-cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma (iNHL)

Start date: January 10, 2023
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Describe the application status of different immunochemotherapies in small B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (iNHL), observe the therapeutic efficacy and safety of the treatment modalities.

NCT ID: NCT06115824 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Primary Central Nervous System Lymphoma

A Retrospective Study of Newly-diagnosed PCNSL Treated With a Methotrexate (MTX) and Orelabrutinib-based Regimen

Start date: August 10, 2023
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This study was a single-centre, retrospective study that retrospectively collected first-line PCNSL patients receiving methotrexate-based chemotherapy ± orelabrutinib at Huashan Hospital of Fudan University. The study was divided into two retrospective cohorts, Cohort A was a cohort of patients receiving methotrexate-based chemotherapy alone, and Cohort B was a cohort of patients receiving methotrexate-based chemotherapy + orelabrutinib.

Start date: November 9, 2023
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This study will have two Phases: Phase 1a and Phase 1b. The goal of Phase 1a of this clinical study is to learn more about the safety, tolerability and dosing of study drug KITE-197, in participants with relapsed or refractory large B-cell lymphoma (r/rLBCL). The goal of Phase 1b of this clinical study is learn about the effectiveness of the recommended dose of KITE-197 in participants with r/r LBCL. The primary objectives of this study are: Phase 1a: To evaluate the safety of KITE-197 in participants with r/r LBCL and determine the target dose level for Phase 1b. Phase 1b: To evaluate the efficacy of KITE-197 in participants with r/r LBCL as measured by the complete remission (CR) rate.
