Study to Treat Relapsed Follicular Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma With Radiation and Bexxar

The purpose of this study is to determine the feasibility of treating relapsed follicular lymphoma with a combination of Bexxar and External Beam Radiotherapy (EBRT). Patients will receive EBRT (20 Gy in 10 fractions) followed by Bexxar.

Retreatment Study of Galiximab + Rituximab in Follicular Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma (NHL)

Phase 3 Study of Zevalin Following R-CVP in Previously Untreated Patients With Follicular Non Hodgkin's Lymphoma (NHL)

This study will treat follicular lymphoma patients who have not received previous treatment with R-CVP. Half of the patients will receive Zevalin after R-CVP and the other half will receive only R-CVP. The two patient groups will be compared to determine if Zevalin given after R-CVP therapy provides greater benefits than receiving no additional anti-cancer therapy after R-CVP.

Phase I/II Trial of VELCADE Plus Zevalin in Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Follicular Lymphoma

Bortezomib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Monoclonal antibodies, such as rituximab, can block cancer growth in different ways. Some block the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Others find cancer cells and help kill them or carry cancer-killing substances to them. Radiolabeled monoclonal antibodies, such as yttrium Y 90 ibritumomab tiuxetan, can find cancer cells and carry cancer-killing substances to them without harming normal cells. Giving bortezomib together with rituximab and yttrium Y 90 ibritumomab tiuxetan may kill more cancer cells. This phase I/II trial is studying the side effects and best dose of bortezomib when given together with rituximab and yttrium Y 90 ibritumomab tiuxetan and to see how well they work in treating patients with relapsed or refractory follicular non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.

A Study of Galiximab + Rituximab Versus Rituximab + Placebo in Follicular Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma (NHL)

Safety and pharmacokinetics (PK) of galiximab and rituximab will also be evaluated.

This phase I trial is studying the side effects and best dose of giving PDX101 together with 17-AAG in treating patients with metastatic or unresectable solid tumors or lymphoma. PDX101 may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth and by blocking blood flow to the cancer. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as 17-N-allylamino-17-demethoxygeldanamycin (17-AAG), work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Giving PXD101 together with 17-AAG may kill more cancer cells.

Qualitative comparisons of the 2 treatment arms based on safety, efficacy and dosing convenience will be made in order to recommend a dose schedule for further clinical study.
