NCT ID: NCT02603445 Completed - Clinical trials for Follicular Lymphoma, Mantle Cell Lymphoma

Study of Safety and Efficacy of BCL201 and Idelalisib in Patients With FL and MCL

Start date: November 16, 2015
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is a phase Ib multi-center, open-label study: escalation part followed by expansion part. The primary purpose of the Phase Ib CBCL201X2102C study is to characterize the safety and tolerability of BCL201 combined with idelalisib in patients with FL and MCL. Approximately 65 patients are to be enrolled. The primary endpoint for the Phase Ib is frequency, severity and seriousness of AEs, lab abnormalities and other safety parameters such as ECG changes. An adaptive Bayesian logistic regression model (BLRM) will guide the dose escalation to determine the MTD/RDE in phase Ib. In addition Bayesian regression models will be used to estimate the dose-exposure relationships for both BCL201 and idelalisib in order to guide the escalation steps. A Bayesian method for the expansion part will be used for the primary activity objective. The study data will be analyzed and reported based on all patients' data of the escalation and expansion part.

Study type: Interventional

This study will evaluate the safety, efficacy, and pharmacokinetics of induction treatment with obinutuzumab, polatuzumab vedotin, and lenalidomide in participants with relapsed or refractory (R/R) follicular lymphoma (FL) and rituximab in combination with polatuzumab vedotin and lenalidomide in participants with R/R diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), followed by post-induction treatment with obinutuzumab in combination with lenalidomide in participants with FL who achieve a complete response (CR), partial response (PR), or stable disease (SD) at end of induction (EOI) and post-induction treatment with rituximab plus lenalidomide in participants with DLBCL who achieve a CR or PR at EOI.

NCT ID: NCT02596971 Completed - Clinical trials for Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma, Lymphoma Follicular

A Study of Atezolizumab in Combination With Either Obinutuzumab Plus Bendamustine or Obinutuzumab Plus (+) Cyclophosphamide, Doxorubicin, Vincristine, and Prednisone (CHOP) in Participants With Follicular Lymphoma (FL) or Rituximab + CHOP in Participants With Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL)

Start date: December 22, 2015
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This Phase Ib/II, open-label, multicenter, non-randomized study will evaluate the safety, efficacy, and pharmacokinetics of induction treatment consisting of atezolizumab in combination with either obinutuzumab + bendamustine (Atezo-G-benda) or obinutuzumab + CHOP (Atezo-G-CHOP) in participants with FL and atezolizumab + rituximab + chemotherapy (Atezo-R-CHOP) in participants with DLBCL, followed by post-induction treatment consisting of either atezolizumab plus obinutuzumab (Atezo-G) in participants with FL who achieve a complete response (CR) or partial response (PR) at end of induction (EOI) or atezolizumab alone in participants with DLBCL who achieve a CR at EOI.

NCT ID: NCT02592876 Terminated - Lymphoma, B-cell Clinical Trials

Treatment Study of Denintuzumab Mafodotin (SGN-CD19A) Plus RICE Versus RICE Alone for Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma

Start date: October 2015
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this randomized, open-label study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of denintuzumab mafodotin plus RICE (rituximab, ifosfamide, carboplatin, and etoposide) when compared to RICE alone in the treatment of patients with relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) or Grade 3b follicular lymphoma. Eligible patients must also be candidates for autologous stem cell transplant. Patients will be randomly assigned in a 1:1 ratio to receive 3 cycles of study treatment with either denintuzumab mafodotin + RICE or RICE alone. The study will assess whether there is a difference between the 2 groups in the side effects that are reported and the number of patients who achieve complete remission at the end of their study treatment.

NCT ID: NCT02568553 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Recurrent Mantle Cell Lymphoma

Lenalidomide and Blinatumomab for the Treatment of Relapsed Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma

Start date: November 15, 2016
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of lenalidomide and blinatumomab when given together in treating patients with non-Hodgkin lymphoma that has returned after a period of improvement (relapsed). Biological therapies, such as lenalidomide, use substances made from living organisms that may stimulate or suppress the immune system in different ways and stop cancer cells from growing. Blinatumomab is a monoclonal antibody that may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread.

NCT ID: NCT02541565 Completed - Clinical trials for Grade 3b Follicular Lymphoma

Pembrolizumab and Combination Chemotherapy in Treating Patients With Previously Untreated Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma or Grade 3b Follicular Lymphoma

Start date: November 24, 2015
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This pilot phase I trial studies the side effects of pembrolizumab and combination chemotherapy in treating patients with previously untreated diffuse large B-cell lymphoma or grade 3b follicular lymphoma. Monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab and rituximab, may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin hydrochloride, vincristine sulfate, and prednisone, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving pembrolizumab together with combination chemotherapy may be with a better treatment for diffuse large B-cell lymphoma or follicular lymphoma.
