Outcomes of Unfit Patients With CLL Included in the GIMEMA LLC1114 Trial Who Discontinued Ibrutinib Due to Reasons Other Than Disease Progression

Start date: May 2024
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The goal of this observational study is to assess in the cohort of CLL patients enrolled in the front-line GIMEMA LLC1114 study who discontinued ibrutinib the time to subsequent treatment. The main question it aims to answer is: • The 12 and 24-month TTNT measured from the time of ibrutinib discontinuation due to reasons other than CLL progression, Richter syndrome, malignancy or death, or lost to the follow-up. Participants will be observed for the duration of the study.

NCT ID: NCT06075238 Not yet recruiting - Leukemia, Lymphoid Clinical Trials

Blinatumomab Prevents Recurrence of R/R ALL After Allo-HSCT

Start date: October 1, 2023
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The goal of this phase I/II clinical trial is to test in relapsed or refractory acute lymphoblastic leukemia (R/R ALL) patients undergoing allogeneic hemopoietic stem-cell transplantation (allo-HSCT). The main question it aims to answer is: • The efficacy and safety of blinatumomab maintenance therapy in reducing the recurrence rate a in R/R ALL patients after allo-HSCT. Participants will take intravenous blinatumomab after allo-HSCT. The dose of one course was as follows: day 1-2: 8ug/day, continuous intravenous drip for 24 hours, day 3-7: 16ug/day, continuous intravenous drip for 24 hours. Treatment with blinatumomab was initiated within 60 to 90 days after transplantation and was administered bimonthly until 1 year after transplantation. Dexamethasone 20mg was administered 1 hour before administration on days 1 and 3 to prevent adverse events.

NCT ID: NCT06075212 Not yet recruiting - Leukemia, Lymphoid Clinical Trials

Immune Reconstitution After Allo-HSCT and Blinatumomab

Start date: October 1, 2023
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The goal of this observation study is to test in relapsed or refractory acute lymphoblastic leukemia (R/R ALL) patients undergoing allogeneic hemopoietic stem-cell transplantation (allo-HSCT). The main question it aims to answer is: • Effect of post-transplant blinatumomab treatment on immune reconstitution after transplantation. Participants will undergo immune repertoire sequencing(IR-SEQ) before blinatumomab treatment, 6 months and 1 year after transplantation. Researchers will compare patients who don't receive blinatumomab treatment after transplantation to see if TCR or BCR expression differs.

NCT ID: NCT06054113 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Relapsed/Refractory B Precursor Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia

Study of Blinatumomab Administration in Chinese Pediatric Participants With Relapsed/Refractory B Precursor Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (R/R B-ALL)

Start date: June 21, 2024
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of blinatumomab.

NCT ID: NCT06009107 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for B-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia

A Study of HY004 Treatment in Adult Relapsed/Refractory B-precursor Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (r/r B-ALL)

B-ALL
Start date: August 31, 2024
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a multi-center, phase I/II trial to evaluate the safety and efficacy of HY004 treatment in Adult patients with relapsed or refractory B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (r/r B-cell ALL).

NCT ID: NCT05943093 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Acute Lymphoid Leukemia

H19 in Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia.

Start date: July 2023
Phase:
Study type: Observational

- Study the expression level of H19 gene in the samples from ALL patients by real-time PCR. - Correlate the expression level of H19 gene with the clinical presentation and laboratory data of those patients.

NCT ID: NCT05936229 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Recurrent Mantle Cell Lymphoma

Interferon-Beta-1a (FP-1201) to Prevent Toxicities After CD19-Directed CAR T-Cell Therapy

Start date: April 1, 2025
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This phase I/II trial tests the safety and how well intravenous interferon-beta-1a (FP-1201) works in preventing toxicities after CD19-directed chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy in patients with B-cell cancers that has come back after a period of improvement (recurrent) or that has not responded to previous treatment (refractory). Interferon beta-1a is in a class of medications called immunomodulators. It works by protecting the lining of blood vessels, and preventing brain inflammation. Giving FP-1201 may prevent cytokine release syndrome (CRS) and immune effector cell associated-neurotoxicity syndrome (ICANS) toxicities in patients receiving CD19 CAR T-cell therapy with recurrent or refractory B-cell malignancies.

NCT ID: NCT05899543 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia

Determining Clinical Study Experiences of Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia Patients

Start date: July 2024
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This research study aims to address the limited understanding of the challenges faced by specific demographic groups of chronic lymphocytic leukemia patients in their participation in clinical trials. This trial will scrutinize the experiences of patients diagnosed with chronic lymphocytic leukemia as they take part in a separate medical intervention clinical trial. The focus will be on tracking the rates of completion and withdrawal among these individuals. It will also try to analyze data from the perspective of different demographic groups to check for recurring trends which might yield insights for the sake of future chronic lymphocytic leukemia patients.

NCT ID: NCT05865301 Not yet recruiting - Lymphoid Leukemia Clinical Trials

Evaluation of Treatment Efficacy According to Risk Group in Relapsed Childhood Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia

ReCALL
Start date: April 1, 2024
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This study is open-label, multi-center, prospective study, which targets childhood patients with recurred acute lymphostatic leukemia including recurrence around marrow. This study is designed to administer Idarubicin for Reinduction stage. Patients with recurrence are sorted into groups with their potential risk, and depending on their recurrence point, time, reaction to treatment etc, they are sorted into low-risk group, high-risk group, and highest-risk group. Patients with high-risk group are going to be given blinatumomab at consolidation stage before hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Patients with low-risk group who are not suitable for hematopoietic stem cell transplantation are going to be maintaining maintenance therapy for 2 years for chemotherapy.
