View clinical trials related to Kidney Neoplasms.
Filter by:The aim of the study is a comparative study of the cellular immunity response of patients operated on for kidney cancer under total intravenous and inhalational anesthesia.
NIVES study is an ongoing phase II, single arm, multicenter study. In this trial pts received SBRT to one non-brain measurable lesion and concomitant NIVOLUMAB, an anti-programmed cell death (PD-1). Combining SBRT with NIVO may enhance the antitumor immune responses and improve clinical outcomes, how it was demonstrated for other solid tumors with a phenomenon known as the abscopal effect . It was planned to enrolled a total of 68 pts within 12 months. The objective of the current analysis is to describe the first report of safety profile of NIVO in combination with SBRT.
This is a study of nivolumab in participants with advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer or Kidney Cancer in India.
To assess the relationship between progression free survival of patients treated with nivolumab for metastatic non small cell lung carcinoma or a metastatic renal cell carcinoma and nivolumab blood concentration. Collection of standard data prospectively.
A prospective, randomized, controlled study designed to assess whether digital virtual reality (VR) models, created from existing CT scans and MRIs, provide surgeons with an improved understanding of their patients' anatomy, resulting in more efficient operations (robotic partial nephrectomy) and improved patient care.
The aim of this study is the safety and efficacy of mix vaccine to small metastases of kidney cancer.
After partial nephrectomy, kidney function decreases by about 10% overall and by about 20% in the operated kidney. This is primarily due to the loss of healthy parenchymal volume during resection of the tumor. In an effort to preserve and regenerate healthy parenchyma during the procedure and ultimately renal function after partial nephrectomy, the single center double arm single-blinded randomized screening clinical trial will evaluate the ability of human amnion/chorion allograft to facilitate the recovery of renal function following robotic partial nephrectomy.
The purpose of the study is to set up the larger prospective study on robotic partial nephrectomy, to describe the characteristics of patients operated for kidney cancer by this surgical procedure and also to determine the modalities of hemostasis in this procedure.
This study is intended to evaluate the renal protective effect of Remote Ischemic Preconditioning (RIPC) in patients undergoing partial nephrectomy. Half of the enrolled subjects will receive 4 cycles of brief ischemia on the upper arm after anesthesia induction and prior to the surgery, while the other half will not receive this treatment as a control group.
