Validation of the Consecutive-Letter Substitution Task (CST)

The CST is a new neuropsychological test created to measure information processing speed, which is frequently impaired in patients with multiple sclerosis. The aim of the study is to validate the CST through the administration on a representative sample of healthy subjects of the Italian population. Each subject will be administered a standardized battery of neuropsychological tests (Digit Span Task and Brief Repeatable Battery of Neuropsychological Tests which includes Selective Reminding Test, Spatial Recall Test, Symbol Digit Modalities Test, Paced Auditory Serial Addition Test and Word List Generation), and the CST in order to verify its validity. After 15 days from the baseline, the CST will be re-administrated to all subjects to assess the reliability of the test.

Artificial Intelligence Delivered Cardiac Magnetic Resonance - Prospective Validation

Cardiac MRI (CMR) scanning allows doctors to create detailed images of the heart. However, the need for experienced cardiac radiographers to perform each scan can make CMR's delivery difficult, and some patients in the UK wait more than half a year for a scan. These radiographers must take pictures of different part of the heart, termed "views", each of which must be precisely positioned. The investigators believe they can revolutionise CMR, by using artificial intelligence to automatically position the views so radiographers can focus on more difficult tasks. The investigators have used a retrospective database of pseudonymised (anonymised and linked) CMR scans at our hospital to create these artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms, and they have validated them retrospectively on previous studies. The investigators now wish to test the algorithms prospectively. In this study, the investigators will recruit patients undergoing clinical CMR scans. In addition to the routine images acquired by expert radiographers, the investigators will require a duplicate set of images, positioned and planned by the AI algorithms. The investigators will then compare, within each patient, the AI-planned and expert-radiographer-planned scanning in terms of both speed and image quality.

A Study of Dengue Vaccine in Healthy Children, Teenagers and Adults in India

The main aims of the study are to learn about side effects and a participant's immune response to Takeda's Dengue Vaccine when given twice within 3 months. Participants will receive 2 doses of their randomized treatment (vaccine or placebo). Children, teenagers and adults will receive one dose of either the vaccine or placebo on Day 1 and the second dose of either the vaccine or placebo 3 months later. Up to 4 blood samples will be taken throughout the study. During the study, participants will visit their study clinic 6 times.

Evaluation of the Effects of DracoBelle Nu in Skin Health After Oral Intake

The goal of this clinical trial is to study the effects of DracoBelleTM Nu in different skin parameters associated with age. Volunteers will be asked to take either placebo of DracoBelleTM Nu capsules once a day by oral intake for a total period of 12 weeks. Several age-associated skin parameters (skin elasticity, firmness, fatigue, wrinkles, roughness, skin density, hydration, pigmentation and barrier effect) will be measured before the treatment and 4, 8 and 12 weeks after the first oral intake. Data of the placebo and DracoBelleTM Nu group will be analyzed to evaluate the effect of the product DracoBelleTM Nu in the selected age-associated skin parameters.
