Interest of Follicular Helper Lymphocytes / Regulatory Follicular Helper Lymphocytes Ratio in IgA Nephropathy

LYMFONI
Start date: May 23, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This study aims to investigate the relevance of the Tfh/Tfr (Follicular helper T cells/ Follicular regulatory T cells) ratio in patients with IgA nephropathy: - To identify a differential expression of the Tfh/Tfr ratio in patients considered stable or progressive - To predict, at diagnosis, the clinical evolution of the disease (progressive or stable form) in the first year.

NCT ID: NCT05761938 Recruiting - Glomerulonephritis Clinical Trials

A Study of Rituximab in Frontline Therapy for Glomerulonephritis

Start date: February 1, 2023
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This study included patients with glomerulonephritis who planned to receive rituximab treatment, and observed the efficacy and safety of rituximab in different glomerulonephritis in the real world. According to the pathological types of glomerulonephritis, they were divided into two cohorts : membranous nephropathy ( MN ) group or minimal change disease / focal segmental glomerulosclerosis ( MCD / FSGS ) group.

NCT ID: NCT05688865 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Membranous Nephropathy

Correlation and Clinical Utility of Urinary Biomarker in Membranous Glomerulonephritis

Start date: February 1, 2023
Phase:
Study type: Observational

To assess the correlation of these urinary biomarkers with the serum sample and evaluated the clinical utility of using urinary sample in the detection and prognostication of MGN. Fifty patients with newly diagnosed biopsy proven MGN would be recruited and followed up for 1 years. Serum and urinary biomarkers would be collected every 4 months and their antibody titres measured with ELISA assay.

NCT ID: NCT05654506 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Proliferative Glomerulonephritis With Monoclonal IgG Deposits

Daratumumab for Treatment of Proliferative Glomerulonephritis With Monoclonal Immune Deposits

Start date: August 17, 2023
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this research is to study the safety and efficacy of daratumumab in inducing complete or partial remission in people with proliferative glomerulonephritis with monoclonal immunoglobulin deposits (PGNMID).

NCT ID: NCT05510323 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Glomerulonephritis, IGA

Efficacy of Immunosuppressive Therapy for IgA Nephropathy With Stage 3 or 4 CKD

Start date: February 1, 2024
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this clinical trial is to evaluate the long-term efficacy and safety of low-dose oral corticosteroids combined with cyclophosphamide therapy and low-dose corticosteroids monotherapy, on a background of maximal RAS inhibitor therapy, for IgA nephropathy with stage 3 or 4 chronic kidney disease.

NCT ID: NCT05505955 Recruiting - Glomerulonephritis Clinical Trials

Study of HRS-5965 in Healthy Subjects and Subjects With Renal Insufficiency

Start date: October 8, 2022
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The trial is the first human trial. The safety, tolerability, PK and PD of HRS-5965 tablets will be evaluated in healthy subjects and subjects with impaired renal function. The study was divided into three parts: Part 1: single ascending dose, randomized, double-blind study, with 6 dose groups preset, of which 1 group will be administered under fasted and fed conditions; Part 2: Multiple ascending dose, randomized, double-blind study, with 4 dose groups preset; Part 3: an open-label, nonrandomized, single-dose study to evaluate the effect of severe renal impairment (RI) on the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics of HRS -5965 compared to demographically-matched healthy participants with normal renal function.

NCT ID: NCT05434325 Recruiting - Kidney Diseases Clinical Trials

TESTING -ON Post-Trial ObservatioNal Cohort Study

TESTING-ON
Start date: December 7, 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The primary aim of this study is to extend follow up of TESTING study participants and to assess the long-term effects of a 6-9-month course of oral methylprednisolone on End Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD), according to dose (full-dose vs reduced-dose), ethnicity (Chinese vs other) and kidney function (eGFR above and below 60 mL/min/1.73m2).

NCT ID: NCT05383547 Recruiting - IgA Nephropathy Clinical Trials

Bortezomib for Treating Glomerular Diseases

Start date: August 2, 2022
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Bortezomib is a proteasome inhibitor that inhibits autoantibody production, and reduces podocyte damage and mesangial hyperplasia caused by NF-κB activation in the kidney. Literature has reported that bortezomib can achieve a complete response rate of up to 38% in the treatment of glomerular diseases, but its safety and effectiveness remain to be assessed for the Chinese demographic. This study attempts to explore a new treatment plan for glomerular disease by observing the therapeutic effect of bortezomib on glomerular disease.

NCT ID: NCT05286632 Recruiting - Diabetes Clinical Trials

KidneYou - Innovative Digital Therapy

Start date: July 18, 2022
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The aim of the study is to assess the improvement of health in patients affected by CKD when they are exposed to non-pharmacological treatment strategies as nutritional program (NP), physical activity program (PA) and mindfulness program (MP), when they are conveyed to the patient by means of digital technologies or not. In the present study, non-pharmacological interventions conveyed by a digital technology (investigational arm) will be compared to a standard, paper-based approach (control arm).

NCT ID: NCT04846010 Recruiting - Depression Clinical Trials

Recovering Damaged Cells for Sequelae Caused by COVID-19, SARS-CoV-2

sequelae
Start date: March 1, 2021
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

Post-acute sequelae of SARS-CoV-2 infection can cause multiple system function disorders, and complicated symptoms last for an extended period. The virus can cause this continued infection, or the virus causes immune system function disorder and post-infectious autoimmune disease. The clinical symptoms can be smell loss, taste loss to liver function disorder, kidney function failure, different. No matter how complicated the systems showed in the clinic, all of the symptoms are due to the specific cells being damaged. Our clinical study is focused on recovering the damaged structure and function of the cells that could restore the organ function back to normal or close to normal
