The purpose of this study is to Evaluate the Safety, Tolerability, Pharmacokinetics, Pharmacodynamics, Immunogenicity and Antitumor Activity of AZD8701 Alone and in Combination with Durvalumab (MEDI4736) in Adult Subjects with Select Advanced Solid Tumors
This study is an open, single infusion, cell infusion dose /method exploration study. In patients with gastric cancer and gastroesophageal cancer without effective treatment, the safety of UCB-NK cell immunotherapy was evaluated and the preliminary curative effect results were obtained.
A Phase 2, Multicenter, Open-Label Study of DKN-01 in Combination with Tislelizumab ± Chemotherapy as First-Line or Second-Line Therapy in Adult Patients with Inoperable, Locally Advanced or Metastatic Gastric or Gastroesophageal Junction Adenocarcinoma
This is a Multi-center, Open-label, Randomized Controlled, phase 2 clinical trail of Albumin-bound Paclitaxel Plus SHR-1210 (PD-1 inhibitor)Versus Albumin-bound Paclitaxel as Second-line Treatment in Advanced or Recurrent Gastric Adenocarcinoma
The study is a prospective, single arm, phase II trial aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Tumor Treating Fields (TTFields) concomitant with XELOX for the treatment of unresectable, locally advanced or metastatic Gastroesophageal Junction (GEJ) or Gastric (GC) Adenocarcinoma who were previously untreated with systemic therapy. The device is an experimental, portable, battery operated device for chronic administration of alternating electric fields (termed TTFields or TTF) to the region of the malignant tumor, by means of surface, insulated electrode arrays.
This is a phase 2 single-arm, open-label clinical trial determining efficacy of cabozantinib in combination with pembrolizumab in subjects with advanced gastric and gastroesophageal adenocarcinoma. These are subjects who have progressed, or not tolerated, at least one prior line of chemotherapy with a fluoropyrimidine and platinum agent.
This study evaluates the combination of bavituximab and pembrolizumab in the treatment of gastric and gastroesphogeal cancer. All patients will receive both bavituximab, a drug that is not yet approved by the FDA, and pembrolizumab known as Keytruda. There is no expanded access program available for the investigational agents per this protocol.
This is a phase Ib single-arm, open-label clinical trial determining the feasibility and efficacy of TAS-102 and irinotecan in subjects with advanced gastric and gastroesophageal adenocarcinoma. These are subjects who are not candidates for curative treatments and who have received at least one prior line of chemotherapy with a fluoropyrimidine and platinum agent.
Cohort 1 [CLOSED] Study treatment involves two segments: (1) Induction Immunotherapy segment with pembrolizumab monotherapy every 3 weeks until irRECIST PD and (2) Combination Therapy segment. Nab-paclitaxel may be utilized in place of paclitaxel at investigator's discretion for subjects with paclitaxel reactions. Cohort 2 Patients are randomized to Arm A or B. Treatment in both arms includes pembrolizumab + RAM + paclitaxel.
