Clinical Outcomes of Early-progressed Follicular Lymphoma in Korea

FLPOD24
Start date: July 8, 2019
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This retrospective study was proposed by the investigators to analyze treatment status and outcome in patients with early relapsed follicular lymphoma. In patients with follicular lymphoma who experienced disease progression within 24 months after initiation of treatment, the second-line therapy, stem cell transplantation, tumor response, progression free survival, and overall survival will be analyzed.

NCT ID: NCT03999697 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Mantle Cell Lymphoma

A Clinical Research of CD22-Targeted CAR-T in B Cell Malignancies

Start date: December 1, 2018
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

Evaluation of the efficacy and safety of CD22-targeted chimeric antigen receptor T(CAR-T) cells in the treatment of recurrent or refractory CD22 positive B cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL)

NCT ID: NCT03980171 Recruiting - Follicular Lymphoma Clinical Trials

Study of Lenalidomide, Venetoclax and Obinutuzumab in Patients With Treatment-Naïve Follicular Lymphoma

LEVERAGE
Start date: August 19, 2019
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The trial will investigate the combination of venetoclax, obinutuzumab and lenalidomide in patients with treatment-naïve follicular lymphoma. Patients will receive induction treatment for 0.5 years with venetoclax, obinutuzumab and lenalidomide followed by maintenance treatment for upto 2 years. Maintenance treatment will be determined by the response at the end of induction. Following completion of treatment patients will be followed up for 3 years after the last patient completes induction treatment.

NCT ID: NCT03842696 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Myelodysplastic Syndromes

Vorinostat for Graft vs Host Disease Prevention in Children, Adolescents and Young Adults Undergoing Allogeneic Blood and Marrow Transplantation

Start date: February 4, 2020
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to determine the recommended phase 2 dose of the drug Vorinostat in children, adolescents and young adults following allogeneic blood or marrow transplant (BMT) and determine whether the addition of Vorinostat to the standard graft versus host disease (GVHD) prophylaxis will reduce the incidence of GVHD.

NCT ID: NCT03720457 Recruiting - Follicular Lymphoma Clinical Trials

Human CD19 Targeted T Cells Injection(CD19 CAR-T) Therapy for Relapsed and Refractory CD19-positive Lymphoma.

Start date: November 13, 2018
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

To evaluate the safety and tolerance of human CD19 targeted T Cells injection for the treatment of relapsed and refractory CD19-positive diffuse large B-cell lymphoma and follicular lymphoma. Patients will be given a conditioning chemotherapy regimen of fludarabine and cyclophosphamide followed by a single infusion of CD19 CAR+ T cells.

NCT ID: NCT03715309 Recruiting - Follicular Lymphoma Clinical Trials

R2 in the Treatment of Follicular Lymphoma

Start date: November 1, 2018
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

Lenalidomide Based Immunotherapy in the Treatment of FL

NCT ID: NCT03676504 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia

Treatment of Patients With Relapsed or Refractory CD19+ Lymphoid Disease With T Cells Expressing a Third-generation CAR

Start date: September 7, 2018
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

Adult patients with r/r acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) (stratum I), r/r Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) including chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL), diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), follicular lymphoma (FL) or mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) (stratum II) as well as paediatric patients with r/r ALL (stratum III) will be treated with autologous T-lymphocytes transduced by the third-generation RV-SFG.CD19.CD28.4-1BBzeta retroviral vector. The main purpose of this study is to evaluate safety and feasibility of escalating CD19.CAR T cell doses (0,1-20×20^7 transduced cells/m^2) after lymphodepletion with fludarabine and cyclophosphamide.

NCT ID: NCT03622788 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Acute Myeloid Leukemia

Cytokine-Treated Veto Cells in Treating Patients With Hematologic Malignancies Following Stem Cell Transplant

Start date: August 8, 2019
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This phase I/II trial studies how well cytokine-treated veto cells work in treating patients with hematologic malignancies following stem cell transplant. Giving chemotherapy and total-body irradiation before a stem cell transplant helps stop the growth of cells in the bone marrow, including normal blood-forming cells (stem cells) and cancer cells. When the healthy stem cells from a donor are infused into the patient, they may help the patient's bone marrow make stem cells, red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets. Cytokine-treated veto cells may help the transplanted donor cells to develop and grow in recipients without causing graft-versus-host-disease (GVHD - when transplanted donor tissue attacks the tissues of the recipient's body).

NCT ID: NCT03501576 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia

Evaluation of Human Immune Responses Vaccination in Patients With Lymphoma

Start date: April 6, 2018
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This clinical trial evaluates the influenza virus vaccination in evaluating human immune response in patients with lymphoma. Evaluating immune response may increase the understanding of how the immune system changes when patients receive treatment for lymphomas by looking at the antibody levels and the level of the different cells that make up the immune system over time compared to those without lymphoma.

NCT ID: NCT03452774 Recruiting - Breast Cancer Clinical Trials
