View clinical trials related to Fallopian Tube Cancer.
Filter by:This is a 1:1 randomized, open label, multi-center phase I/II trial to evaluate the safety, dosing, efficacy, and biological activity of adding IMNN-001 to chemotherapy + BEV compared to chemotherapy + BEV alone.
To determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of FT538 monotherapy when administered via intraperitoneal (IP) catheter and in combination with intravenous (IV) enoblituzumab in patients with recurrent ovarian, fallopian tube, and primary peritoneal cancer.
This research study is evaluating a modified FOLFIRINOX plus bevacizumab therapy for mucinous ovarian cancer, fallopian tube cancer, and primary peritoneal cancer.
This Phase III single-arm study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of IMGN853 in Chinese adult patients with platinum-resistant high-grade epithelial ovarian, primary peritoneal, or fallopian tube cancers (hereafter referred to as PROC) with high FRĪ± expression.
This study will test the safety, including side effects, and determine the characteristics of a drug called PRO1184 in participants with solid tumors. Participants will have solid tumor cancer that has spread through the body (metastatic) or cannot be removed with surgery (unresectable).
This is a prospective observational multi-country, multi-center study of a large real-world cohort of first line (1L) epithelial ovarian cancer patients, exposed to standard of care (SOC) treatment stratified according to BRCA1/2 and HRD status.
This is an open-label, First-in-Human, Phase 1/2, multicenter study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of a single dose of AVB-001. AVB-001 is an encapsulated cell product engineered to produce native human interleukin-2 (hIL-2). It is delivered intraperitoneally (IP) to patients with high grade serous adenocarcinoma of the ovary, primary peritoneum, or fallopian tube.
In BriTROC-2, up to 250 women with a confirmed diagnosis of high-grade serous/high-grade endometrioid or carcinosarcoma will be eligible for full consent (Part 2) and registration to BriTROC-2 and will be followed prospectively until first relapse. Women with presumed newly-diagnosed high-grade serous carcinoma of the ovary, fallopian tube or peritoneum can be approached for consent to Part 1 (screening consent) of BriTROC-2 prior to formal diagnosis. The aim of this study is to acquire tumour material at diagnosis and relapse, whole blood for genomic analysis and plasma for ctDNA. This study will also isolate single cells and establish organoid cultures from ascites/peritoneal washings.
IMGN151-1001 is a Phase 1, first in human, open-label dose-escalation and expansion study in adult patients with recurrent endometrial cancer, recurrent, high-grade serous epithelial ovarian, primary peritoneal, or fallopian tube cancers.
SL03-OHD-105 is an open-label, multicenter, phase 1b trial designed to evaluate SL-172154 administered in combination with pegylated liposomal doxorubicin (PLD) or mirvetuximab soravtansine (MIRV) in patients with platinum resistant ovarian cancer. Approximately 102 patients will be enrolled in this study in two phases: dose escalation and dose expansion.
