Filter by:This is a Phase 1b/2, open-label, multicenter study of DSP-7888 Dosing Emulsion in combination with checkpoint inhibitors (nivolumab or pembrolizumab) in adult patients with solid tumors, that consists of 2 parts: dose search part of the study (Phase 1b and Phase 1b Enrichment Cohort) and the dose expansion part of the study (Phase 2). In Phase 1b of this study there will be 2 arms: Arm 1 and Arm 2. In Arm 1, there will be 6 to 12 patients who will be dosed with DSP-7888 Dosing Emulsion and nivolumab and in Arm 2 there will be 6 to 12 patients who will be dosed with DSP-7888 Dosing Emulsion and pembrolizumab. In addition, an enrichment cohort of a further 10 patients who have locally advanced or metastatic Renal Cell Carcinoma or Urothelial Cancer with primary or acquired resistance to previous checkpoint inhibitors will be enrolled into Phase 1b of the study to help evaluate the preliminary antitumor activity of DSP-7888 Dosing Emulsion at the safe dose level identified in the dose-search part of the study, and will be dosed with DSP-7888 Dosing Emulsion and nivolumab, or DSP-7888 Dosing Emulsion and pembrolizumab, as per the investigator's preference. At the safe, recommended dose determined in Phase 1b, platinum-resistant ovarian cancer (PROC) patients will be enrolled in Phase 2 of the study with DSP-7888 Dosing Emulsion, exploring the combination with pembrolizumab (Arm 2). In Phase 2, approximately 40 patients with PROC will be initially enrolled; additional patients may be enrolled to further assess anti-tumor activities, but the total sample size will not exceed 60 patients. This brings the total maximum study population to approximately 84 patients.
It is postulated that focal sensitizing radiotherapy may potentiate the effectiveness of durvalumab. The purpose of this study is to test the safety and tolerability of 2 different dose levels of focal sensitizing radiation therapy given with durvalumab.
This is a Phase I trial to determine the maximum tolerated dose/maximum feasible dose (MTD/MFD) of a single infusion of FATE-NK100 via intra-peritoneal catheter in women with recurrent ovarian, fallopian tube or primary peritoneal cancer meeting one of the following minimal prior treatment requirement: - Platinum resistant: may receive FATE-NK100 as 2nd line (as 1st salvage therapy). Platinum resistant is defined as disease that has responded to initial chemotherapy but demonstrates recurrence within a relatively short period of time (< 6 months) following the completion of treatment. - Platinum sensitive: may receive FATE-NK100 as 3rd line therapy (as 2nd salvage therapy). Platinum sensitive is defined as the recurrence of active disease in a patient who has achieved a documented response to initial platinum-based treatment and has been off therapy for an extended period of time (≥ 6 months).
Background: Researchers want to study fluids and blood of people with cancer. The fluids are from the abdomen and around the lungs. Studying these might help researchers learn about the biology of cancer. This may lead to better ways to treat cancer. Objectives: To study the biology of cancer. Eligibility: Adults 18 and older with malignant solid tumors. Design: Participants will be screened with medical history, blood tests, and confirmation of diagnosis. Participants will have samples taken at regularly scheduled procedures. Fluids from the abdomen and/or lungs will be taken as part of the procedures. Blood will be taken separately. Participants may be asked to give more samples at future procedures. ...
This is a phase II study in patients with recurrent platinum resistant or refractory C5 high-grade serous, endometrioid or undifferentiated ovarian, primary peritoneal or fallopian tube cancer. All patients with high-grade serous, endometrioid or undifferentiated primary peritoneum, fallopian tube or ovarian cancer will be eligible to be screened for this trial and will be required to sign a pre-screening consent form.
This project is a multi-center, prospective, randomized controlled clinical observation the safety and efficacy of hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy as neoadjuvant chemotherapy(NACT) and postoperative chemotherapy after interval debulking surgery (IDS) for advanced-stage epithelial ovarian cancer . PR/SD rate, percentage of optimal debulking surgery and 3-year disease-free survival is the primary end points of this project.
To investigate the frequency and clinical significance of Homologous Recombination Deficiency (HRD) in Japanese patients with ovarian cancer (including Fallopian tube cancer and primary peritoneal cancer).
Screening programs for high-grade ovarian carcinoma failed to reduce disease-specific mortality, since they do not offer early enough detection of the disease. Most cases of high grade ovarian cancer develop in the fallopian tubes, hence the universal recommendation for high-risk populations (e.g., BRCA1/2 mutation carriers) is to undergo risk-reducing bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy (RRBSO) around the age of 40. The aims of this trial are: (1) to identify novel early-stage disease biomarkers using liquid biopsies obtained through uterine lavage, and (2) to optimize the technique a of uterine lavage and the processing of the samples for ultimate implementation as a routine diagnostic test for high risk populations.
This is a single arm feasibility study in patients with primary FIGO stage IV serous ovarian, peritoneal, or fallopian tube cancer to evaluate neo-adjuvant + adjuvant pembrolizumab for its capacity to induce and broaden T cell responses against tumor neo-antigens.
This is a randomized, two-arm, open-label Phase II multicenter study designed to examine the effects of adding bevacizumab to ixabepilone for the treatment of patients who have recurrent or persistent platinum-resistant/refractory epithelial (non-mucinous) ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer. Its primary objective is to assess whether adding bevacizumab to ixabepilone improves progression-free survival in its target population. Study participants will be stratified by (a) study site and (b) previous receipt of bevacizumab prior to randomization.
