After a subject undergoes training at The Micheli Center for Sports Injury Prevention, they will complete a survey every 3 months for the next 10 years.
Secondary Training Habits Surveys will answer if participants continue with their new training habits After a subject undergoes training at The Micheli Center for Sports Injury Prevention, they will complete a survey every 3 months for the next 10 years.
Secondary Muscular Strength This will be measured by hand held dynamometer pre and post training intervention. Will testing major muscles such as the quadriceps, hamstrings, biceps, triceps. Before training and after completion of training at The Micheli Center for Sports Injury Prevention. Training can last from four weeks to a year.
Secondary Aerobic Capacity This will be estimated by the step test, done pre and post training. Before training and after completion of training at The Micheli Center for Sports Injury Prevention. Training can last from four weeks to a year.
Secondary Anaerobic Capacity This will be measured by a series of tests such as the vertical jump test and shuttle run. These measures will be tested pre and post training. Before training and after completion of training at The Micheli Center for Sports Injury Prevention. Training can last from four weeks to a year.
Secondary Range of Motion This will be measured by goniometer at different joints such as the knee and ankle pre and post training. Before training and after completion of training at The Micheli Center for Sports Injury Prevention. Training can last from four weeks to a year.
