View clinical trials related to Esophageal Neoplasms.
Filter by:This study intends to explore the predictive biomarkers by Next-generation sequencing (NGS) and multiple immunohistochemistry (mIHC) for the treatment of SHR-1210 in combination with paclitaxel and platinum in advanced esophageal cancer.
Small cell esophageal carcinoma (SCCE) is a kind of malignant tumor with poor prognosis. Our study found that the mutation spectrum and somatic CNV spectrum of SCCE were similar to those of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC). Paclitaxel combined with cisplatin or carboplatin is the first-line treatment for ESCC. JS001 is a Chinese anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody, which has been approved for the treatment of melanoma. This is a prospective, single arm, single center, phase II clinical trial of JS001 combined with nab-paclitaxel and cisplatin or carboplatin in the first-line treatment of unresectable or advanced SCCE. Aim to evaluate the safety and efficacy of this regimen in patients with unresectable or advanced SCCE.
This Phase II study was designed to assess the efficacy and safety of the combination of PD-1 inhibitor, Tucidinostat (chidamide), a histone deacetylase inhibitor, and bevacizumab in advanced Esophageal squamous cell cancer, adenocarcinoma of esophagogastric junction, Gastric adenocarcinoma patients.
To study the effect of acupoint application combined with ear acupoint seeding on the discomfort symptoms of nasal catheter in patients after esophageal cancer surgery
Clinical experience of adding intraluminal brachytherapy with traditional applicator after definitive concurrent chemoradiotherapy (CCRT) for local-regional thoracic esophageal cancer is limited due to high complication risk and non-superiority in survival. The innovative applicator can maximize the therapeutic efficacy by reducing dose inhomogeneity in the esophageal wall, which will translate into less over-dosing and less risk of the side effects of fistula or stenosis. The primary goal of this study by using new applicator is to observe the change in local tumor control rate, while secondary goals are treatment related toxicity, progression-free survival, and overall survival.
The main objective of Part 1 is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of bemarituzumab plus 5-fluorouracil, leucovorin, and oxaliplatin (mFOLFOX6) and nivolumab. The main objective Part 2 is to compare efficacy of bemarituzumab plus chemotherapy (mFOLFOX6 or capecitabine combined with oxaliplatin (CAPOX)) and nivolumab to placebo plus chemotherapy (mFOLFOX6 or CAPOX) and nivolumab as assessed by overall survival.
The purpose of the study is to examine the efficacy and safety of prolonged thromboprophylactic treatment with Fragmin® in oesophageal cancer patients undergoing intended curative surgery.
The purpose of ORACLE is to demonstrate the ability of a novel ctDNA assay developed by Guardant Health to detect recurrence in individuals treated for early-stage solid tumors. It is necessary that ctDNA test results are linked to clinical outcomes in order to demonstrate clinical validity for recurrence detection and explore its value in a healthcare environment subject to cost containment.
The PROTECT trial will test the hypothesis that proton (PT) -enabled radiation dose reductions to sensitive, normal tissues will result in lower rates of treatment-related pulmonary complications in esophageal cancer compared to standard photon therapy (XT).
The main objective of this study is to compare efficacy of bemarituzumab combined with oxaliplatin, leucovorin, and 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) (mFOLFOX6) to placebo plus mFOLFOX6 as assessed by overall survival (OS) in participants with FGFR2b ≥10% 2+/3+ tumor cell staining (FGFR2b ≥10% 2+/3+TC)
