The objective of this study is to see whether a home-use penile constriction device, Firmtech Tech Ring, can be determined to be superior to the Giddy device through evaluation of Leikert scale scores to assess ease of use and participant comfort and satisfaction with erectile quality with these devices. The primary outcome will be the satisfaction with use of the device as assessed through the Leikert scores. The other outcomes will be secondary.

The Be-RALP database is Belgian prospective multicenter database governed by the Belgian cancer registry. This database investigates the status after robot assisted laparoscopic prostatectomy (RALP) in prostate cancer patients. It was established by a collaboration between the Belgian association of Urology (BAU), the National Institute for Health and Disability Insurance (NIHDI) and the Belgian cancer registry. Between 2009 and 2016, 9235 patients were included in this patient registry. The studied outcomes covered quality of life measures as well as variables covering urinary and erectile function.

Extra Corporal Shock wave Therapy Has proven effective as treatment with mild to moderate erectile dysfunction in men with erectile dysfunction. Investigator will examine whether the treatment also applies to men with moderate to severe erectile dysfunction after nerve injury associated with prostatectomy.
