Filter by:Retrospectively collect preoperative transvaginal B-mode ultrasound (BMUS), color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) and three-dimensional ultrasound (3D-US) images and clinical data in patients with non-endometrial cancer diseases and endometrial cancer confirmed by pathology. They were grouped as training set(Tongji Hospital of Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology) and external validation set(Women's Hospital, School of Medicine, Zhejiang University) . Radiomics features were extracted from corresponding transvaginal ultrasound images. Then, the minimum redundancy maximum relevance (mRMR) algorithm and the least absolute shrinkage and selection operator (LASSO) regression were used to select the non- malignant or malignant status-related features and cervical stromal invasion (CSI) status or non-CSI status features and construct the transvaginal ultrasound radiomics score (Rad-score). Multivariate logistic regression was performed using the three radiomics score together with clinical data, and subsequently develop a nomogram to diagnosis endometrial cancer and CSI respectively. The performance of the nomogram was assessed by discrimination, calibration, and clinical usefulness in the training and external validation set.
This is a multicenter, open-label, dose-escalation and efficacy/safety Phase I/II study to assess RP2D, safety, tolerability and anti-tumor activity of Sintilimab + afuresertib + nab-paclitaxel or docetaxel administered as a combination therapy. This study is designed to identify the MTD and recommended Phase II dose (RP2D) of afuresertib in combination with sintilimab and nab-paclitaxel or docetaxel, respectively, to characterize the PK profile of afuresertib in phase I and to evaluate clinical efficacy and safety of the combination therapy in phase II. The study population in phase II is the patients with one of the five selected cancers who resistant to the prior anti-PD-1/PL-1 treatments (as a monotherapy or in combination with other anti-cancer drugs including chemotherapy) , such as EC, GC/GEJC, EsC, CC, and NSCLC.
Postmenopausal bleeding (PMB) is the occurrence of vaginal bleeding 12 months following a woman's last menstrual cycle. PMB represents one of the most common reasons for referral to gynaecology services. Approximately 10% of women with PMB will be found to have endometrial cancer. The gold standard of investigation of PMB is ambulatory gynaecology through the outpatient hysteroscopy clinic, which is often combined with Pipelle biopsy for endometrial sampling. Up to 60% of women that present with PMB will have an atrophic-appearing cavity at hysteroscopy. This provides a challenge in obtaining a histological sample through both dilatation & curretage (D&C) and Pipelle biopsy. Often, scant tissue that is insufficient for clinical diagnosis is obtained. Pipelle biopsy is associated with patient discomfort. It is also associated with costs related to the purchasing of equipment and the processing of samples in the laboratory to the sum of approximately 30 euro per sample. It is rare that a sample taken from an atrophic cavity will return any clinically meaningful result. A negative hysteroscopy reduces the probability of endometrial cancer to 0.6%. This study aims to compare patients with PMB and atrophic-appearing cavity that undergo pipelle biopsy to those that do not. Differences in pain scores, cost saving and differences in clinical follow up will be assessed to evaluate the benefit of Pipelle biopsy in patients with PMB and atrophic-appearing cavity.

The purpose of this study is to collect and evaluate the following information in relation to the safety and the efficacy of Lenvatinib in lenvatinib/pembrolizumab combination therapy in the post marketing setting: (1) Serious adverse events and serious adverse drug reactions (2) Unexpected adverse events and adverse drug reactions not reflected in the approved product package insert of lenvatinib in lenvatinib/pembrolizumab combination therapy (3) Known adverse drug reactions (4) Non-serious adverse drug reactions (5) Other safety and efficacy related information.
This is an observational case-control study to train and validate a genome-wide methylome enrichment platform to detect multiple cancer types and to differentiate amongst cancer types. The cancers included in this study are brain, breast, bladder, cervical, colorectal, endometrial, esophageal, gastric, head and neck, hepatobiliary, leukemia, lung, lymphoma, multiple myeloma, ovarian, pancreatic, prostate, renal, sarcoma, and thyroid. These cancers were selected based on their prevalence and mortality to maximize impact on clinical care. Additionally, the ability of the whole-genome methylome enrichment platform to detect minimal residual disease after completion of cancer treatment and to detect relapse prior to clinical presentation will be evaluated in four cancer types (breast, colorectal, lung, prostate). These cancers were selected based on the existing clinical landscape and treatment availability.
This is a national observational retrospective multi-site chart review study of patients with advanced, recurrent or metastatic endometrial carcinoma.
In recent years, the incidence of endometrial carcinoma (EC) has increased significantly and patients tends to be younger. In addition to known risk factors such as obesity, hypertension and diabetes, genetic factors also play an important role in the occurrence and development of EC. Among them, Mismatch Repair Defect (MMR) can produce mutant phenotypes, leading to cancer susceptibility. Although some articles indicated that epigenetic MMRd, one type of MMRd, predicted poor prognosis among endometrial carcinoma patients, hitherto, the clinicopathological significance and prognosis of epigenetic MMRd has not been determined. To date, there are no relevant large-sample data to investigate the prevalence of epigenetic MMRd in Chinese population, as well as the impact on the prognosis of endometrial cancer. In this setting, The purpose of this study was to investigate the prevalence of epigenetic MMRd and its impact on clinicopathology and prognosis on endometrial cancer among Chinese patients.
This is a single centre, single arm, open label, preoperative window of opportunity study. Grade 2 endometrioid endometrial carcinoma patients awaiting surgery will be prospectively recruited to receive a pre-operative progestin therapy course. Therapy response will be histologically evaluated and correlated with clinical and molecular data by comparison of responders vs. non-responders pre- and post-treatment tumor samples.
