Filter by:This culture system utilizes the special affinity difference of biomedical material coating for different cells to achieve the effect of isolating tumor cells from the blood sample. The coating of the system has the characteristic that to make the WBCs adhesion, but the cancer cells in the blood sample suspend in the culture medium, which achieves the effect of separating cancer cells from the blood. The supernatant with the cancer cells can further be isolated from the cultural system for related analysis and detection to achieve early diagnosis and screening.
The current research focus for cancer diagonosis is classical genetics, named "driving genes". However, not all cancer patients have typical genetic alterations, especially at early stage. In the past dacades, accumulating evidences have revealed that more than 80% diseases are closely related to epigenetic changes. The normally silenced copy of imprinted genes are reactivated at early stage of cancers, and finally proceed to copy number variation. This study will screen for a panel of imprinted genes and build quantitative models to assist the diagnosis of multiple cancers.
This study aims to analyze the expression of micro-RNA (miRNA) and long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) by next-generation sequencing in patients with high grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) and benign gynecologic diseases. The candidate miRNA/lncRNA will be validated as biomarker for the detection and prognosis of HGSOC.
This study aims to develop and validate a test for diagnosing ovarian and endometrial cancers early. It relies on detecting somatic mutations that are associated with these cancers in a biofluids sample taken from the cervix and the uterine cavity.
This study evaluates the value of different bronchoscopy combination for diagnosing peripheral pulmonary lesions suspected to be cancer. One-third of participants will receive routine bronchoscopy, while one-third of participants will receive bronchoscopy combined with a guiding equipment and the other one-third of participants will receive bronchoscopy combined with two or more guiding equipments. These guiding equipments include virtual bronchoscopic navigation(VBN), endobronchial ultrasonography with a guide sheath(EBUS-GS) and fluoroscopy.
