This is a multicenter, open-label, randomized controlled study meant to compare the safety and efficacy of scheduled drug-coated balloon (DCB) and conventional drug-eluting stent (DES) strategy in the treatment of de novo lesions of large coronary vessel with diameter larger than 2.75 mm. The trial was designed to provide high-quality evidence for expanding the clinical indications of DCB, and to explore a better way for coronary intervention based on DCB.
This is an investigator-initiated, prospective, single-centre, non-randomized, all-comers registry that evaluates the safety and efficacy of any Paclitaxel Drug-Coated Balloon (DCB) for the treatment of coronary de novo lesion, in-stent restenosis, and small vessel disease in patients with coronary artery disease in Hong Kong. The recruitment time frame of this study is 1 year from 1st January 2022 to 30th December 2022.
To evaluate the efficacy of drug-coated balloon versus drug-eluting stent for the treatment of large de novo coronary lesions(RVD=2.75~4.0mm).

Therefore, the investigators initiated this study, which is a prospective, multicenter, observational real-world study of short and long-term outcome in endovascular treatment of femoropopliteal arterial occlusive lesions with DCB.
