There are about 2500 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in Ukraine. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of omadacycline as compared to moxifloxacin in the treatment of adults with community-acquired bacterial pneumonia.
This study is done to find out whether the medicine, semaglutide, has a positive effect on early Alzheimer's disease. Participants will either get semaglutide or placebo (a "dummy" medicine which does not contain any study medicine) - which treatment participants get is decided by an equal chance. The study will last for up to 173 weeks (about 3 years and 4 months). Participants will have 17 clinic visits and 1 phone call with the study doctor. The study includes various tests and scans. At 10 of the clinic visits participants will have blood samples taken. Participants must have a study partner, who is willing to take part in the study. Women cannot take part if pregnant, breastfeeding or plan to become pregnant during the study period. A cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) sub-study will be performed as a part of the study. The sub-study will be performed on a selection of sites based on their experience with CSF sampling and willingness to participate in this sub-study. The endpoints related to this sub-study are exploratory only.

This three-part, Phase 1 protocol will be the first clinical study of AB-836. Parts 1 and 2a/b will be a Phase 1a SAD/MAD of AB-836 in healthy adult subjects. Part 3 will be a Phase 1b dose-ranging assessment of AB-836 in non-cirrhotic Chronic Hepatitis B (CHB) subjects.
This study compares insulin icodec (a new insulin taken once a week) to insulin degludec (an insulin taken once daily which is already available on the market) in people with type 2 diabetes. The study will look at how well insulin icodec taken weekly controls blood sugar compared to insulin degludec taken daily. Participants will either get insulin icodec that participants will have to inject once a week on the same day of the week or insulin degludec that participants will have to inject once a day at the same time every day. Which treatment participants get is decided by chance. The insulin is injected with a needle in a skin fold in the thigh, upper arm or stomach. The study will last for about 8 months. Participants will have 17 clinic visits and 13 phone calls with the study doctor. At 8 clinic visits participants will have blood samples taken. At 4 clinic visits participants cannot eat or drink (except for water) for 8 hours before the visit. Participants will be asked to wear a sensor that measures their blood sugar all the time in 3 periods for a total of 13 weeks (about 3 months) during the study. Women cannot take part if pregnant, breast-feeding or plan to become pregnant during the study period.
The SaiseiCovUKR clinical study is a multicentric, randomized trial study targeting patients hospitalized with COVID-19 who do not require mechanical ventilation. This study aims to provide preliminary data on the activity and safety of MAF capsules and M capsules in the target population after 14 days of dosing. MAF capsules and M capsules are dietary supplements targeting the gut's mucosal immunity to control local and systemic inflammation, limiting epithelial damage and preventing the accumulation of pathological macrophage populations at sites of SARS-CoV-2 infection.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of long-term administration of flexible doses of tavapadon in participants with Parkinson's Disease.
A 2-year, phase 3, multicentre, randomised, parallel-group, sham-controlled, double-masked study. Primary efficacy will be determined at Week 52.
This study is a Double-blind, Randomized, Active-controlled, Phase 3 Study to Compare Efficacy, Pharmacokinetics, Pharmacodynamics, and Safety of CT-P41 and US-licensed Prolia in Postmenopausal Women with Osteoporosis
The main purpose of the study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of Camoteskimab in participants with Still's Disease.
