NCT ID: NCT04264806 Withdrawn - Clinical trials for Myelodysplastic Syndromes

A Study of Cusatuzumab in Combination With Azacitidine Compared With Azacitidine Alone in Patients With Higher-risk Myelodysplastic Syndrome (MDS) or Chronic Myelomonocytic Leukemia (CMML) and Who Are Not Candidates for Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation (HSCT)

Start date: May 6, 2021
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of the study is to compare overall response rate (ORR) between treatment groups in participants with higher-risk Myelodysplastic Syndrome (MDS) or Chronic Myelomonocytic Leukemia (CMML) who are not eligible for Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation (HSCT).

NCT ID: NCT04114513 Withdrawn - Metabolic Syndrome Clinical Trials

Dietary Fibers Effect on the Gut Microbiota Composition

Start date: November 25, 2019
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The randomized double-blinded placebo-controlled multicenter study will be held in parallel groups. During 5 weeks the efficacy of different endpoints as a measure of response to the daily intake of dietary fibers (8 g of either inulin, pectin, beta-glucan or galactooligosaccharides) will be evaluated. Gut microbiota composition, lipids levels, inflammation markers, microbiome metabolites, changes in quality of life and stool parameters will be assessed in order to predict individual response in participants without serious chronic diseases

NCT ID: NCT04039477 Withdrawn - Clinical trials for Immune Thrombocytopenia

A Phase 2 Study to Evaluate the Safety and Efficacy of KZR-616 in Patients With AIHA and ITP

MARINA
Start date: July 2020
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a Phase 2 randomized, dose-blind, multicenter study designed to evaluate the safety, tolerability, efficacy, Pharmacokinetics (PK), and Pharmacodynamics (PD) of treatment with KZR-616 in patients with active Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia or Immune Thrombocytopenia.

NCT ID: NCT03908203 Withdrawn - Spinal Fusion Clinical Trials

Minimally Invasive Surgery Techniques for One-level Degenerative Lumbar Deformities Correction

Start date: October 1, 2020
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This study will be conducted at Research Institute of Traumatology and Orthopedics (NRITO) n.a. Ya.L.Tsivyan, Novosibirsk, Russia. The current study is prospective pilot clinical study to demonstrate the possibility and effectiveness of performing modified technique of MIS TLIF, supplemented by segmental vertebrotomy, to correct segmental deformity of lumbar spine. It is expected to enroll 10 patients aged 18-70 with segmental deformity of lumbar spine, caused by degenerative spondylolisthesis and/or degenerative stenosis.

NCT ID: NCT03784690 Withdrawn - Cardiac Surgery Clinical Trials

Individualized Blood Pressure Management in Patients Undergoing Cardiac Surgery

PRECISE
Start date: January 21, 2019
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This pilot randomized-controlled study will determine the feasibility of large study comparing individualized versus standard blood pressure (BP) management in patients undergoing cardiac surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB). Our hypothesis is that maintaining higher BP levels based on preoperative measurements will reduce the incidence of major complications (composite outcome).

NCT ID: NCT03502694 Withdrawn - Metapneumovirus Clinical Trials

Antiviral Activity, Clinical Outcomes, Safety, Tolerability, and Pharmacokinetics of Oral Lumicitabine Regimens in Hospitalized Adult Participants Infected With Human Metapneumovirus

STEP
Start date: November 5, 2018
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to determine in hospitalized adult participants infected with human metapneumovirus (hMPV - a virus closely related to respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) and has been identified as an important cause of acute respiratory infections, affecting all age groups) the dose-response relationship of multiple regimens of lumicitabine on antiviral activity based on nasal hMPV shedding using quantitative reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) assay.

NCT ID: NCT03244969 Withdrawn - Bone Fracture Clinical Trials

Bone Healing Study

Start date: August 1, 2017
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The aim of the research is to identify structural tissue changes in the early fracture hematomas.

Safety, Pharmacokinetics and Pharmacodynamics of NV1205 in Pediatric Male Subjects With Adrenoleukodystrophy

Start date: August 2018
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a phase I/II, open label dose escalation study of multiple dose levels of NV1205 with a long-term treatment phase.

NCT ID: NCT02974322 Withdrawn - Crohn Disease Clinical Trials

A Study of Efficacy and Safety of Mongersen (GED-0301) for the Treatment of Adult and Adolescent Subjects With Active Crohn's Disease

Start date: December 1, 2017
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of study is to test the effect of an experimental medication GED-0301(mongersen) and evaluate its safety in patients (≥ 12 years of age) with active Crohn's disease. The study will test GED-0301 compare to placebo for 12 weeks. The study treatment is blinded which means that patients and the study doctor will not know which treatment has been assigned. Patients in this study will be allowed treatment with stable doses of oral aminosalicylates, oral corticosteroids, immunosupressants and antibiotics for the treatment of Crohn's disease. Adolescent patients will also be allowed treatment with stable doses of exclusive enteral nutrition and growth hormone. All patients who complete the study will have the option to enter a long term active treatment study.
