NCT ID: NCT03259516 Terminated - Clinical trials for Myelodysplastic Syndromes

Nivolumab With Chemotherapy in Refractory MDS

Start date: May 25, 2017
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

There is evidence of involvement of checkpoint pathways, including PD-1, in the pathogenesis and resistance of myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS). However monotherapy with checkpoint inhibitors was ineffective in a number of studies, indicating the presence of several mechanisms of resistance. This pilot study evaluates the safety and preliminary efficacy of nivolumab combination with currently existing treatments in MDS patients who failed at least one line of therapy. The study evaluates if there is a combination which induces objective responses.

NCT ID: NCT03259334 Terminated - Ulcerative Colitis Clinical Trials

Efficacy and Safety Study of SHP647 as Induction Therapy in Participants With Moderate to Severe Ulcerative Colitis

FIGARO UC 301
Start date: February 9, 2018
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of SHP647 in inducing remission, based on composite score of participant-reported symptoms and centrally read endoscopy, in participants with moderate to severe ulcerative colitis (UC).

NCT ID: NCT03239860 Terminated - Clinical trials for Multiple Sclerosis, Relapsing-Remitting

Assessing the HERV-W Env ANtagonist GNbAC1 for Evaluation in an Open Label Long-term Safety Study in Patients With Multiple Sclerosis

ANGEL-MS
Start date: June 6, 2017
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The humanised IgG4 monoclonal antibody GNbAC1 targets the envelope protein (Env) of the human endogenous multiple sclerosis-associated retrovirus (HERV-W MSRV), which may play a critical role in multiple sclerosis. The study assesses the long-term safety of GNbAC1 in patients with RRMS and the long-term efficacy of GNbAC1 in terms of MRI outcomes, relapse rate, disability and disease progression.

NCT ID: NCT03230864 Terminated - Clinical trials for Treatment-resistant Schizophrenia

Efficacy of Lu AF35700 in Patients With Early-in-disease or Late-in-disease Treatment-resistant Schizophrenia

Anew
Start date: July 20, 2017
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This study evaluates the efficacy of 10 mg/day Lu AF35700 on symptoms of schizophrenia in patients with early-in-disease (ED) or late-in-disease (LD) treatment-resistant schizophrenia (TRS)

NCT ID: NCT03203850 Terminated - Clinical trials for Hereditary Hemochromatosis

Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of Deferasirox Film-coated Tablet Versus Phlebotomy in Patients With Hereditary Hemochromatosis (HH)

Start date: January 11, 2018
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of deferasirox film coated tablet (FCT) versus phlebotomy for the management of iron overload in adults with Hereditary Hemochromatosis (HH) at risk of iron-related morbidity. This evaluation provided information on the two treatment options in terms of the rate of response of proportion of patients reaching the study target SF ≤ 100 μg/L and their associated safety profiles. In addition to exploring the safety and efficacy of deferasirox FCT in hereditary hemochromatosis (HH), this study is being conducted to fulfill an FDA post-marketing requirement [PMC 750-10 (Exjade) /PMR 2888-8 (Jadenu)] to provide additional randomized data to confirm the ocular safety profile of deferasirox through detailed ocular assessments in patients treated with deferasirox FCT for 2 years.

NCT ID: NCT03201445 Terminated - Clinical trials for Inflammatory Bowel Disease

Study to Evaluate the Testicular Safety of Filgotinib in Adult Males With Moderately to Severely Active Inflammatory Bowel Disease

MANTA
Start date: July 11, 2017
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the testicular safety of filgotinib in adult males with moderately to severely active inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Results of this study may be pooled with the results of a separate study being conducted in participants with rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, or non-radiographic axial spondyloarthritis (Protocol GLPG0634-CL-227; NCT03926195) with the same objective. The total planned number of participants in both studies combined will be up to approximately 250 participants.

NCT ID: NCT03161457 Terminated - Clinical trials for Rheumatoid Arthritis

A Study of JHL1101 Versus MabThera® in Subjects With Severe Rheumatoid Arthritis

Start date: February 27, 2017
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is a multicentre, randomised, double-blind, parallel group study to compare the pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics (PD), immunogenicity, safety, tolerability and efficacy of JHL1101 versus MabThera in subjects with moderate to severe RA who have previously failed at least 1 tumour necrosis factor alpha (TNF) inhibitor (i.e., intolerance or documented active disease despite at least 12 weeks treatment according to the TNF inhibitor-approved treatment and dosage), and are on concomitant treatment with MTX.

NCT ID: NCT03151811 Terminated - Multiple Myeloma Clinical Trials

A Study of Melphalan Flufenamide (Melflufen)-Dex or Pomalidomide-dex for RRMM Patients Refractory to Lenalidomide

OCEAN
Start date: June 12, 2017
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This was a randomized, controlled, open-label, Phase 3 multicenter study which enrolled patients with RRMM following 2-4 lines of prior therapy and who were refractory to lenalidomide in the last line of therapy as demonstrated by disease progression on or within 60 days of completion of the last dose of lenalidomide. Patients received either melflufen+dex or pomalidomide+dex.

NCT ID: NCT03142191 Terminated - Lung Diseases Clinical Trials

A Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of CC-90001 in Subjects With Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis

Start date: July 26, 2017
