There are about 6461 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in Russian Federation. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate, in participants having achieved a state of sustained remission, if the ixekizumab treatment groups are superior to the placebo group in maintaining response during the randomized withdrawal-retreatment period in participants with axial spondyloarthritis.
To evaluate the patients' satisfaction with Angeliq Micro in real clinical practice after 13 cycles of treatment.
The aim of this adaptive Phase 3 trial is to show a statistically significant superiority of EndoTAG-1 in combination with gemcitabine compared to gemcitabine monotherapy in patients with locally advanced/metastatic pancreatic cancer after FOLFIRINOX failure.
This Phase 3, multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo controlled study is designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of atezolizumab (MPDL3280A, an anti-programmed death-ligand 1 [PD-L1] antibody) administered in combination with paclitaxel compared with placebo in combination with paclitaxel in participants with previously untreated, inoperable locally advanced or metastatic, centrally confirmed TNBC. Participants will be randomized in a 2:1 ratio to receive atezolizumab or placebo plus paclitaxel until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity or end of study, whichever occurs first (maximum up to approximately 40 months). In addition, the Sponsor may decide to terminate the study at any time.
The aim of this study is to determine efficacy and safety of polyprenols (ROPREN) using in patients with acute coronary syndrome
This study are two-way crossover, open-label, single-dose, fasting, bioequivalence study of Memantinol® (JSC "GEROPHARM", Russia) 20 mg tablets versus Akatinol Memantine® (Merz Pharma GmbH & Co. KGaA, Germany) 20 mg tablets in normal healthy subjects
The primary objective of this study was to evaluate the long-term safety and tolerability of olokizumab (OKZ) 64 mg administered subcutaneously (SC) once every 2 weeks (q2w) or once every 4 weeks (q4w) in subjects with moderately to severely active rheumatoid arthritis (RA) who previously had completed 24 weeks of double-blind treatment in Study CREDO 1, 2 or 3 (core studies). The long-term efficacy, immunogenicity, the physical function and quality of life of subjects received long-term treatment with OKZ were assessed as well.
The purpose of this study is to define cut-off values of the most widely used composite scores and patient-reported outcomes, for levels corresponding to remission/low disease activity and for changes in levels corresponding to flares, in PsA, when remission/low disease activity and flare are defined from the patient and physician perspective. The ReFlaP (Remission/Flare in PsA) study is a prospective, multicentric international, longitudinal, observational study.
Purpose of the study: To obtain additional data on efficacy and safety of Kolofort in the treatment of patients with functional dyspepsia.
Clearance of HCV infection requires early and multi-specific HLA class I restricted CD8+ T cell and class II restricted CD4+ T cell responses to both structural (Core) and non-structural HCV proteins (NS3, NS4A, NS5A, NS5B). Dendritic cells (DCs) are professional antigen-presenting cells that link innate and adaptive immune responses, and play a major role in priming, initiating, and sustaining strong anti-HCV T cell immune responses. The general objective of this study is to evaluate safety, feasibility and clinical efficacy of therapeutic vaccination in genotype 1 HCV patients using autologous DCs pulsed with recombinant HCV-antigens (Core and NS3). Expected effects: DC vaccination induces Core/NS3-specific immune response and reduces viral load in patients with chronic HCV-infection.
