NCT ID: NCT04380636 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Carcinoma, Non-Small-Cell Lung

Study of Pembrolizumab With Concurrent Chemoradiation Therapy Followed by Pembrolizumab With or Without Olaparib in Stage III Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) (MK-7339-012/KEYLYNK-012)

Start date: July 6, 2020
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy and safety of pembrolizumab in combination with concurrent chemoradiation therapy followed by either pembrolizumab with olaparib placebo (Arm 1) or with olaparib (Arm 2) compared to concurrent chemoradiation therapy followed by durvalumab (Arm 3) in participants with unresectable, locally advanced NSCLC. Arms 1 and 2 will be studied in a double-blind design and Arm 3 will be open-label. The primary hypotheses are: 1. Pembrolizumab with concurrent chemoradiation therapy followed by pembrolizumab with olaparib is superior to concurrent chemoradiation therapy followed by durvalumab with respect to progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS) 2. Pembrolizumab with concurrent chemoradiation therapy followed by pembrolizumab is superior to concurrent chemoradiation therapy followed by durvalumab with respect to PFS and OS

NCT ID: NCT04305496 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Locally Advanced (Inoperable) or Metastatic Breast Cancer

CAPItello-291
Start date: April 16, 2020
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

Phase III, double-blind, randomised study assessing the efficacy of capivasertib + fulvestrant vs placebo + fulvestrant for the treatment of patients with locally advanced (inoperable) or metastatic HR+/HER2- breast cancer following recurrence or progression on or after AI therapy.

NCT ID: NCT04300647 Active, not recruiting - Cervical Cancer Clinical Trials

A Study of Tiragolumab Plus Atezolizumab and Atezolizumab Monotherapy in Participants With Metastatic and/or Recurrent PD-L1-Positive Cervical Cancer

SKYSCRAPER-04
Start date: June 30, 2020
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of tiragolumab in combination with atezolizumab and atezolizumab monotherapy in patients with programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1)-positive cervical cancer (metastatic and/or recurrent).

NCT ID: NCT04294810 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

A Study of Tiragolumab in Combination With Atezolizumab Compared With Placebo in Combination With Atezolizumab in Patients With Previously Untreated Locally Advanced Unresectable or Metastatic PD-L1-Selected Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

SKYSCRAPER-01
Start date: March 4, 2020
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of the study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of tiragolumab plus atezolizumab compared with placebo plus atezolizumab in participants with previously untreated locally advanced, unresectable or metastatic PD-L1-selected non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), with no epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutation or anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) translocation. Eligible participants will be randomized in a 1:1 ratio to receive either tiragolumab plus atezolizumab or placebo plus atezolizumab.

NCT ID: NCT04294667 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

A Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of Dapirolizumab Pegol in Study Participants With Moderately to Severely Active Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

PHOENYCS GO
Start date: August 12, 2020
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the ability of dapirolizumab pegol (DZP) as an add-on treatment to standard of care (SOC) medication to achieve clinically relevant long term improvement of moderate to severe disease activity.

NCT ID: NCT04265950 Active, not recruiting - HIV Infection Clinical Trials

Establishing Optimal Number of Doses for HPV Vaccination in Children and Adolescents Living With HIV, OPTIMO Trial

OPTIMO
Start date: March 10, 2022
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

This phase IV trial compares 3 different dosing schedules to find the optimal number of doses for HPV vaccination in children and adolescents living with HIV. Comparing 3 different dosing schedules may help researchers determine whether a single dose of HPV vaccine could be effective in preventing HPV in children and adolescents living with HIV.

NCT ID: NCT04251533 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Triple Negative Breast Neoplasms
