There are about 5241 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in Hungary. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
The primary objective of the study is to demonstrate the efficacy of high dose and low dose fluticasone propionate (Fp)/albuterol sulfate (ABS) integrated electronic module multidose dry powder inhaler (eMDPI) compared to ABS eMDPI in decreasing severe clinical asthma exacerbation (CAEs). Secondary Objectives: To evaluate the efficacy of Fp/ABS compared to ABS and the effect on systemic corticosteroid (SCS) exposure To evaluate the safety and tolerability of Fp/A BS The duration for each participant will be a minimum of 28 weeks including 2 weeks of screening, 2-4 weeks of run-in period and a double blind treatment period of minimum 24 weeks, however due to the event-driven nature of this study, the duration may range up to approximately 35 months depending on the timing when the participant was enrolled to the study, and when the study reaches its completion criteria.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of JNJ-77242113 compared with placebo in participants with moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis.
Medtronic is sponsoring Enlighten: The EV-ICD Post Approval Registry, to further confirm safety and effectiveness of EV-ICD in routine clinical practice, following commercial release of EV-ICD devices.
The purpose of this trial is to assess the efficacy, safety and tolerability of remibrutinib (LOU064) 25 milligrams (mg) twice a day (b.i.d.) over placebo for 24 weeks and in comparison to omalizumab 300 mg every 4 weeks (q4w) for 52 weeks in participants with chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU) inadequately controlled by H1-antihistamines (H1-AH).
Congenital Portosystemic Shunt (CPSS) is a rare condition important by the multiplicity and severity of associated complications. CPSS is venous anomaly in which blood coming from the intestines only partially passes through the liver. This leads to the accumulation of potentially toxic factors that cause systemic effects. Complications vary among the individuals, and currently, it is challenging to predict which individuals will develop severe complications. The IRCPSS registry is established with the aim of centralizing detailed clinical follow-up and biological information from participants around the world who suffer from Congenital Portosystemic Shunt (CPSS). A multidisciplinary consortium of experts is collaborating to enhance our understanding of the prevalence, natural history, individual risks, and physiopathology of the disease through the IRCPSS registry.
The purpose of this prospective study was to evaluate the learning curve of TVUS (transvaginal ultrasound) for the visualization of sacral nerve roots and sacral plexus on gynecological transvaginal ultrasound. The investigators aim to evaluate to evaluate the number needed to gain competence or to review the level of competence.
RENOIR Study: This study will evaluate the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of Rosnilimab in subjects with moderate to severe Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA)
The purpose of this Phase III study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of tozorakimab administered subcutaneously (SC) in adult participants with symptomatic COPD with a history of ≥ 2 moderate or ≥ 1 severe exacerbations of COPD in the 12 months prior to enrolment. Participants should be receiving optimised treatment with inhaled maintenance therapy (ICS/LABA/LAMA triple therapy, or dual therapy if triple is not considered appropriate) throughout at least the last 3 months prior to enrolment.
This is a Phase III, multicentre, randomised, double-blinded, placebo-controlled, parallel group study to evaluate the safety, tolerability and effect of 1 or 2 mg baxdrostat versus placebo, administered once daily (QD) orally, on the reduction of systolic blood pressure in approximately 720 participants aged ≥ 18 years with hypertension, despite a stable regimen of 2 antihypertensive agents at baseline, one of which is a diuretic (uncontrolled hypertension); or ≥ 3 antihypertensive agents at baseline, one of which is a diuretic (treatment-resistant hypertension).
The observed medical device in this study were SGS P7D Dental implant. The device replaces the lost tooth root, and provides support for the dental bridges and crowns, or overdenture replacements. This medical device provides the opportunity to to replace partial or complete missing teeth. Device material: Ti-6Al-4V Device surface protection: Corundum Blasting and 1. phosphate surface treatment or 2. hydroxylapatite surface treatment
